Sympathetically refurbished and renovated to a high standard, this charming cottage is lovingly maintained and well-presented by the owner.

Boasting some lovely features, such as slate flooring and traditional style radiators this charming cottage offers a warm Welsh welcome indeed, stylish and well-appointed throughout Dol Bach will not disappoint.

The light and bright interior with muted colours and soft palettes of neutral tones with splashes of colour creates a wonderful ambience and a relaxing atmosphere.

A cosy sitting room welcomes you, with a large corner sofa providing comfy seating for everyone and a wonderful fireplace with raised hearth housing a warming gas woodburning effect stove, perfect for those chillier evenings in front of the TV watching your favourite film.

A cosy dining area is great for a romantic meal or family breakfast together.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped and caters for all your needs, but with a choice of pubs and eating establishments close by, all offering evening meals, I doubt you’ll want to cook - after all, you are on holiday!

Upstairs is a well-appointed bathroom and two stylish bedrooms are well-presented, the main bedroom boasting a decorative cast iron fireplace and pleasant outlook over rooftops and encompassing craggy scenery.

The front of the cottage enjoys a sunny aspect, a lovely enclosed courtyard provides an ideal spot to enjoy early morning coffee and the rear has a small seating area and a very useful shed for bikes.

Just across from the cottage is Cellb, which is situated in the old county police station.

This is a cosy cafe/bar and restaurant with seating in the old courthouse.

Underneath there is a small screen cinema which seats 50 people and shows up to date films.

A short stroll from the cottage and you are in the town centre, offering a variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and eating establishments.

The famous Ffestiniog to Porthmadog Steam Railway starts its journey less than a 10 minute walk away, and for the more adventurous of you there is ZipWorld Titan, Zip Caverns and Bounce Below close by.

The coastal towns of Harlech and Criccieth, with their medieval Castles and wonderful sandy beaches and hidden coves, and the Italian village and gardens of Portmeirion are all reached in just 30 minutes.

With Snowdonia on the doorstep, and Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula easily reached, this is a perfect Blaenau Ffestiniog cottage for all to enjoy, whatever the time of year.
