... on the Sunday 7th July, we could not use the hot tub throughout the day, which spoilt our Sunday as there was many cars and people surrounding the garden area at the side and rear of the bungalow, with an easy view of the hot tub and the garden, who were at some kind of event, they left the area around 8:30pm. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this situation prior to the booking as we could have booked another date, or at least the day before the event. We had booked the Bungalow in good faith, as the location looked very peaceful and tranquil, yet the Sunday was not, and left us disappointed. Your feedback / explanation would be interesting.
