“Lovely cottage, the bedrooms were so cosy, underfloor heating was a welcome addition with hard floors downstairs.”

Garden isn’t 100% dog or child friendly, and we had to do a poo pick when we arrived. Property quite dusty. No WiFi and limited signal would be good if better highlighted, no games available but good selection of books. Friendly village although slightly more built up than expected. No cleaning equipment, had to ask for a broom, with a dog friendly property near beaches, it’s helpful to have these provisions available to help give the property back as received. No welcome pack.Overall a ...

There is a large king-size bedroom in this Llan Ffestiniog cottage, as well as a small double bedroom.

Downstairs, the sitting room benefits from underfloor heating and a woodburner set in an inglenook fireplace, with exposed beams and exposed stone chimney breast adding to the character of this Llan Ffestiniog cottage.

The small kitchen is basic but well equipped and will provide everything you need for a fantastic break at this Llan Ffestiniog cottage.

There is a good sized, well-kept mature garden with lawns and three seating areas, where you can sit and enjoy the views across the countryside whilst relaxing after a long country walk on the Manod Mawr mountain.

The popular town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is just 3 miles away, famed for its slate quarry and narrow gauge steam railway, which links it with the seaside town of Porthmadog, 13.5 miles away, with its superb Blue Flag beach at Black Rock Sands.
