  • "This was a lovely cottage, spotlessly clean, extremely well presented and very comfortable."

The generous welcome pack was much appreciated. It is perfectly placed in a beautiful part of wales within easy reach of some great places to vist and with easy access to shops. I would highly reccomend it as a great place for a holiday.

  • "A lovely house nicely placed on the edge of town with great country views - the building site across the road didn't affect us - not very noisy."

The Co-op is literally 5 minutes away & provides everything you need, The house is well furnished - all necessary utensils & crockery - only thing we couldn't find was a corkscrew - not a problem - we carry our own! Everything was clean & in good order. We didn't make use of the washing appliances but they would be very useful for a family. Lovely to have 2 full-sized sofas for lounging - the TV was easy to work - not too SMART for us as some are! Upstairs the rooms have very comfy beds & lovely views. The bath was very satisfactory for a good soak after a days walking & shower easily managed. Outside the seating area was perfect for evening sun. Star of the show was the welcome pack which was VERY WELCOME!! Great walking country - short walk into both Llandudno & Conwy. Thanks again. Janet & Michael

  • "This cottage and the hosts were brilliant."

We have holidayed in Wales for over 50 years, sometimes 4 times a year. This is definitely the most comfortable, clean and amazing cottage we have ever been to and we will definitely be booking it again. This is a superb place to base yourself to explore Wales. Thank you to our hosts Chris and Sandra for the supplies they left us. There is very few holiday cottages with such high class goods and facilities in the holiday market today.

  • "Our family have taken holidays in North Wales for many years and this year our house was by far the most convenient and comfortable in many ways and also its location was excellent for visiting many attractions."

We would certainly recommend it to any off our friends or family members travelling to Wales on holidays in the future.

  • "It would have been much better if there was a freezer, rather than just an ice box in the fridge."

It meant that you could not shop for the full week and could only fit in a few tea cakes at the most, rather than a loaf plus other meals, which was rather inconvenient. Perhaps the owners could fit one in somewhere ? The location was lovely being able to walk into Llandudno one way and Conwy the other.

About the location

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
