  • "Don't be put off by the exterior of this lovely ground floor flat in Rhos-on-Sea, as previously mentioned by another holiday maker!"

When you get inside it is a very spacious beautiful flat. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is also a washer/dryer which is a great help. There is constant hot water, which is great when you all need a bath/shower. The flat is very warm and cosy. An added bonus is the off road parking! There is no "Welcome Pack" like in most Sykes Holiday Cottages, so remember to bring the basics with you just to see you through the evening/morning until you go to the shops, which aren't far away. Fiona, the property owner is just a phone call away should you need anything, a very pleasant lady! A property well worth another visit - thank you Fiona! Helen, Rick & Sue

  • "Lovely spacious old seaside house."

Bigger than anywhere else we’ve been with plenty of off road parking. Few minutes walk to a lovely beach and prom and shops at Rhos. I felt as though I was in a retreat house, quiet and peaceful. However if you have kids there’s plenty of space to run around or escape them if you need to. We’re planning our return now.

..a couple of suggestions, if and when you need to replace the beds, perhaps thick toppers would help the comfort..A lock on the inside of bathroom door would be good(if health and safety allow) overall we loved our stay at your property and would definitely consider booking again especially if a higher chair was in lounge! Many disabled people need a higher chair and the facility of a ground floor. .Thank you Fiona. ..from Carol and Robin wellings

  • "The house was absolutely spotless on the inside, very comfortable and everything you would need for a holiday."

The only disapointing thing about the house is the outside, it does need a lot of work. When we pulled up and saw the house for the first time my heart sank, it looked derelict. I had arranged the stay as a surprise 60th Birthday present for my wife, I think she thought what has he done!!!! Irresponsible dog owners/previous holidayers had let their dog poo in the grass and not cleaned it up. It isn't very secure for your dog if it's a big dog like mine, they could quite easily jump the front wall onto a busy road. But I must say once inside I was very happy again, it was beautiful on the inside, very warm, cosy and lots of space. We met the owner Fiona who is a lovely lady. I would recommend a stay at Seawinds, we really enjoyed it, thank you and we will deffo stay again

Nice bit of garden for dog, but could do with some TLC. Overall an enjoyable and lovely break. Lovely walks on the prom and beach, some very interesting improvements and works going on which does not hinder users of the beach. Will look great when completed. • "Comfortable spacious accommodation full of little extra 'touches' you would associate with a hotel!"

Ideal for persons with small dog/s. Small garden at the front. Off road parking for 3 cars to the side. Drive into Rhos on Sea under 5 minutes; walking takes around 10 minutes to centre. Property is easy to locate, in a quiet residential area, but is situated facing a major roundabout which is very busy at peak times. Property appears to have been refurbished in parts and to a high standard. Overall would strongly recommend.

It was about a 10-15 minute walk down to the seafront which had a lovely childrens playarea and paddling pool. Also in walking distance of a few places to eat. The location was perfect to drive to many areas (Conwy and Llandudno 15 mins). We would definitely return! The only slight negative is that the decor could do with updating but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Thank you for your feedback, it was nice to meet you both and your boys - I hope the shell collection continues to grow and it would be lovely to welcome you back to add to it! • "We have had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Seawinds especially since our previous holiday booking at Anglesey had been so disappointing."

Very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. The shower in the en-suite was fabulous too. My in-laws also had a lovely time and managed a few walks down to the promenade with us. They’ve had a difficult few months recently and so we wanted them to enjoy themselves and they did!! The one thing that would make it perfect for us would be a secure outside space for the dog to toilet late at night without having to put him on a lead and we have fed this back to the owners. I am sure we will be back at sometime. Thank you Fiona and Stephen.

It was lovely to meet you all and I'm so glad that you and your in-laws were able to relax and enjoy the area, especially after having a difficult few months. I hope the sea air helped to restore you! Yes, you make a good point about secure outside space for dogs; we're mulling over the best approach to achieving this. It would be lovely to welcome you back, thanks very much for your booking. Property Owner

Everything in the way of kitchen essentials ,sauces in the cupboards, all soaps etc. plus a bathroom filled with shampoo conditioner etc. I used my own, but it was still all there to use if needed. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was nowhere private to sit outside, should be OK when the hedge grows. I would recommend this property

Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you found everything you needed, and maybe a bit more. When the hedge grows it will be even better, you are right; I am trying to think of other ways of getting more height, looking into finding some 'instant' tall trees and shrubs.
