  • "This cottage is perfect for couples who enjoy peace and tranquility and don't mind narrow lanes."

The cottage has everything you need and the wood burner warms the room in minutes. Although everything is in one room it is beautifully designed to feel spacious yet cosy. Enjoy!

  • "Very nice cottage in beautiful surroundings, stunning views from the top of the hill!"

Lovely host who gave good advice on different walks in the area. Also a very nice sculpture garden surrounding the cottage.

  • "The property was smaller than expected."

The Wifi was inadequate - we had to go round the back of the property to get the signal from the owners house. The mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all (I appreciate that people prefer different mattresses tho ) Could have done with some mugs to make a brew in as the ones there were just bigger cups.We couldn`t fault the wood burner though - there were plenty of logs available and it warmed the cottage beautifully :) The cottage was situated in beautiful surroundings ! Really quiet and away from everything :) Very relaxing area with plenty of walking opportunities.

  • "In the listing it is unclear exactly what cooking facilities are available."

It says there is a microwave and a fridge. It is easy to assume that there is either no hob or oven when there is, in fact, a two ring hob.
