Great location for day trips to Rhyl -Llandudno -Conwy- Betws Y Coed House located in a quant little village benefiting a couple of pubs and convenience store. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub most evenings. The only criticism was we found the bed uncomfortable hard and squeaky as we woke each other up when we turned. The speed of the Wi-Fi was intermittent and the TV would benefit from as booster as it wasn’t a good signal.

Thank you for your feedback, with reference to the mattress this is less than 12 months old and hotel quality and the bed is an antique Victorian bed made of steel and we have never had an issue previously. The Smart TV is only 2 months old. The WiFi has recently been upgraded and we believe is the highest output in this rural area. However, we are currently looking into other options. Property Owner
