The property

A lovely, semi-detached cottage on a corner plot of a residential estate in Old Colwyn, near the coast and close to the vibrant Victorian seaside town of Colwyn Bay, in North Wales.

Offering comfortable, stylish and welcoming accommodation, this charming cottage is ideal for families or friends wishing to spend a memorable time together exploring the wonderful North Wales coastline, with its miles of sandy beaches and friendly locals.

Decorated and furnished with care and attention to detail, you will appreciate the homely styling as soon as you enter the hallway, which offers access into the sitting room with a corner bay window and cosy seating area.

The separate dining room also has further comfy seating and the sofa converts into a bed settee, providing a further occasional bedroom if required.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, fitted with all the appliances you would expect to find in a high-quality kitchen, including a breakfast bar and dining table.

From the kitchen there is also access to the garden.

Upstairs the three bedrooms are stylish and comfy, with the master king-size bedroom benefiting from a TV, and a single bedroom and triple bedroom ensuring there is suitable sleeping flexibility for most families.

Outside this lovely cottage is an enclosed garden with lawns and a small patio area, where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink, whilst planning your activities for the next day.

There is also off road parking for one car, with ample free roadside parking on the quiet road outside, as well as bike and kayak storage in the garage.

With the beach just a short, flat walk along the road, you can then stroll along the promenade to Old Colwyn or Rhos-on-Sea, enjoying the sea air and watching the fun-filled activity on the beaches, perhaps stopping for a donkey ride on the sand.

Nearby Eirias Park has been developed to provide a national centre for junior international rugby with the Wales U20 playing all home games there and football, and is host to international music artists on a regular basis, so if you time your holiday carefully, you may be lucky to get tickets to a fabulous concert during your stay.

With easy access to the Snowdonia National Park, Zip World in Llanberis and Bounce Below in Blaenau Ffestiniog, as well as the newly-opened Surf Snowdonia in Dolgarrog, you will be spoilt for choice for things to do once you get tired of the beach.
