We particularly liked the well equipped kitchen and cosy living room. We felt one or two aspects of the house need some TLC, e.g. the dining chairs and some of the beds (the twins were very creaky), but overall it is a very good property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

  • "Very clean, cozy property, with everything provided."

(very comfortable beds, the kitchen was superbly laid out and the large enclosed garden was perfect for dog zoomies) The house itself is located in an elevated, pleasant little corner of town and though it was a little bit further from the centre of Rhos-on-Sea than we had expected, Rufus the hound really enjoyed the extra walkies. And the location is perfect for accessing nearby Conwy, Llandudno etc... The family had a great weekend chill out before the chaos of Christmas and we would certainly be happy to stay again sometime. Five wagging tails out of five.

  • "We were lucky with the weather and always like to visit Llandudno."

However we were disappointed with the location as we thought we would have been nearer to the centre of Rhos-on-sea. It was the lack of detail in describing the location. We made a mistake in choosing this property for two people, it is a big house and needs more people in it to feel more inviting as we were cold in the evening, could not get the central heating to come on and also the self-igniting button on the hob didn’t work, so bought matches. Also the shower room needs attention as the draining system appeared not to work. The bathroom was very nice but the bath is far too high to easily get into. We are both able-bodied but was a challenge to say the least. The lounge needs a re-think, getting to draw the curtains with the settee in front was difficult and getting to the light switch where the closed door was. Sorry to go on but window coverings in the kitchen would have made the house more attractive and cosy. We chose this house because we like a bathroom and an en-suite. On having said all this, the house is good for a young family for whom the finer detail is not as important. Thank you Mr and Mrs Bruce Williams.

  • "A spacious and comfortable property, well-sited for travel to the many places of interest in the area, and with nice views towards the Little Orme."

We particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony outside our bedroom, and sitting in the garden in the evening sun. The few downsides were the FreeSat TV (less channels than we're used to on our Freeview at home) and the very basic cutlery! Not easy to reverse up the drive either! But, overall, a very good property, especially for a larger group than just the two of us. Lots to enjoy around and about, whatever your interests. But note that the Rhos-on-Sea promenade is being redeveloped at present, so you might want to check that the works will be completed when you go!! Thanks to the owners for an enjoyable stay.

  • "The house is a very good size the kitchen, dining room, and living room are excellent."

The bedrooms are a little small but fine, we struggled in the double en-suite room as it has no wardrobe (not even a hook on the wall) so a few hooks/hangers on the walls would have been appreciated, good-sized wardrobes in all the other rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable and all the pillows were very thin and we all needed to use 2/3 at a time, but usable. The property was spotless and had all the items needed for self-catering. Amazing garden and patio area but no outside table and chairs provided so we could enjoy it, we ended up setting up our beach chairs and portable table to enjoy the space and BBQ?? Overall a very nice house, very clean, and worked well for us but we felt just needed a few more basic items adding.
