The beach is just a stone’s throw away, so you can delight in morning walks along the promenade before finding a spot on a sunny day to relax. Watersports are popular on Colwyn Bay Beach with paddle-boarding, sea-kayaking and jet-skiing all available, with further exciting activities to be found in the amazing Snowdonia National Park. Enter into this second-floor dwelling via external steps and step onto the landing, from here heading into the open-plan living space to relax after a busy day.

Old Colwyn is a sleepy seaside town located to the east of the larger coastal resort of Colwyn Bay. A wide promenade winds along the sweeping bay from Old Colwyn to Penrhyn Bay, with access to a long coastal cycle track, three miles of safe sandy beaches and the pier and harbour at Rhos-on-Sea.
