  • "Excellent 3-storey town house, 2 minute walk to the sea front yet in a quiet residential area."

Well positioned for good choice of restaurants within 5 minute walk of premises. 20-25 min walk along the promenade to the pier and downtown Llandudno. Super host, very friendly and welcoming. Welcome hamper of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, Welsh cakes, wine and squash was much appreciated. Property recently renovated so everything as new. Super clean throughout and very comfortable and spacious. Good choice of bedroom accommodation, mattresses slightly on the soft side however all brand new and comfortable. En-suites and main bathroom all with excellent shower pressure. Smart TVs throughout the property, Wi-Fi was excellent and heating easy to operate through a smart thermostat. Would not hesitate to recommend if you are staying in the area. Great property with great amenities in a great location.

We had wonderful stay. The owners are very helpful. It's so close to the promenade, and close to local shops and restaurants, ideal if you do not wish to use your car.

  • "Beautiful house, plenty of space, visited with my parents and adult children and we didn’t feel on top of each other."

Good location, minutes from the seafront, close to theatre and shops. Lovely host who met us and showed us around. Really appreciated the tea, coffee, bara brith and wine. Would definitely recommend and will probably return.

  • "Wow what a beautiful property I promise you the photos don’t do it justice."

It was stunning. Really spacious and big over two floors. It was lovely and clean and well furnished it has such a nice feel about it. The outside areas were amazing and we were able to sit out on an evening and just enjoy the environment that it was so peaceful and chilled out. I had searched for a long while for somewhere to take my parents away who hadn’t been on holiday for a while and couldn’t believe I landed on this gem. It was fantastically located and close to the promenade. Upon arrival we had been left a basket with basics (coffee, sugar, bread etc) also some treats and essentials in the fridge which was a lovely touch by the owners. I would definitely return and in fact hoping to return next year again as it was such a gorgeous place to stay. We were in love with this property.

  • "This is a fabulous house, newly fitted out with high quality showers, beds and kitchen facilities."

Sparkling clean, with an enclosed garden area perfect for young children. Very helpful and friendly owner who went out of her way to suggest local takeaways and places we might like to visit and provided a brand new high chair which was extra to the house spec. A short walk to the beach and shops, even for small legs. No complaints at all - we had a great holiday.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
