  • "Stunning house!"

The stand out would be the location/ views. The facilities such as Hot tub and BBQ over looking the beach and then the sheer size of the house, very grand and specious. The check out time of 9am would of been a slight pain if it wasn’t for such good accommodation from the owner for allowing us a 10:30 check out. Having to be up and cleaning at 8am on a bank holiday Monday wouldn’t of been ideal so we’re all very happy this was pushed back. I celebrated my 30th here this weekend and couldn’t of picked anywhere better if I tried. Highly recommend this place.

  • "Just loved it here."

A family group ranging from one year old to seventy eight, there was something for everyone. The tasteful decor was amazing and we loved the fact that we could all sit round the enormous dining room table for our meals. The kitchen was so well stocked with so much storage space. I loved sitting in the conservatory overlooking the wonderful view or, alternatively, relaxing in the hot tub or on one of the sun loungers. Small issues were dealt with in a friendly manner. I really hope we are able to come back.

  • "All of us really enjoyed our stay away for a surprise 50th birthday party."

All the kids and adults loved the hot tub and the outdoor space with lovely views and lush weather The old downside to our stay was what we thought was a very early checkout time of 9am, with a later check out time it would have given us the opportunity to have breakfast before we left. Other than this the property, the location and the local town was fantastic and would highly recommend this place.

  • "We had a wonderful time as a family celebrating my wife's 70th birthday."

We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, the range of facilities and the speed of the response from the owner in meeting our needs. The house is close to all amenities and the views from the house were glorious. The fact that the weather was so lovely in early March was the icing on the (birthday) cake. Everyone really enjoyed their stay from the youngest, 6 months, to the oldest, 71. There were 15 of us in total and the house was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. We'd love to return.

  • "What an amazing property."

We had the most unforgettable stay in this beautiful house, it’s so much bigger than the photos and the views are incredible. It’s a short walk to the beach, and near a lovely restaurant Dylan’s which is also walking distance. We had a party of 14 people for my boyfriends 30th birthday celebrations, and the house was everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen facilities were fantastic, loads of everything including even a cake stand for birthday. The hot tub and pool table were also well enjoyed by everyone. We hope we will be back! Thanks so much - a weekend to remember. Sophia x

  • "12 of us stayed Fri-Mon."

We were able to get into the property at 16:00 as promised. The rooms were big, clean and attractive. The bathrooms & cloakrooms were plentiful and the kitchen very well equipped. The views from the hot tub and bedroom windows were fantastic. It had a real homely feel to it. We did have an unforeseen problem on the Sat but it was dealt with quickly by the maintenance team. Communication with the property owner was great over the weekend. The village itself was also very welcoming. I know I speak for the 12 of us when I say this property is definitely worth consideration.

  • "Fantastic property would love to go back, everyone was amazed when they arrived at the quality and location."

Two pieces of feedback. 1) we could not find any clear bags for the recycling. 2) the pictures on the website do not give the property justice. It’s far better in reality, much larger and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you, my wife had a brilliant 40th birthday and a big part of that is down to your fantastic property. James Ekins

Access is simple via the key safe and there was a lovely welcome.pack to.get you in. We made the booking for my wife's 60th birthday for our close family, 16 in total ages from 3 to.mid 60s. There was something for everyone theirs loved the hot tub, games room and the play stations in the "Den" at th top.if the house. The house is in a lovely setting with great views of the beach and the castle and close to.local amenities and provides everything you need for.a great stay just being your food and drink. The only downside of you could call.it that.was the fan oven to.the left of the stove didn't appear to.work but we managed to get by without it. The boys also.asked would it be possible to have a TV in the games room so they could watch the football as the women watched Strictly and Other reality shows lol

House was so rustic with a modern touch the house was so spacious for 14 guests. Nobody ever felt on top of each other. Would love to stay during summer time to chill outside watching the sun set with a bbq on and the hot tub. The view over the sea is something I could get used to. All bedrooms where huge and beds also very comfortable. Will be looking on another stay next year. Thank you for a wonderful service and also the bread and milk was also a brilliant touch after our drive.

  • "What a find!"

We were lucky enough to secure a booking at Bryn Eglwys this summer for a large family holiday after many months of not being able to see each other and to celebrate my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. The house has been renovated and decorated beautifully and there are lots of lovely design touches, not least the gorgeous variety of wallpapers used throughout the house. The front bedrooms has amazing views but the rest of the rooms are also very comfortable and thoughtfully finished. There are several bathrooms, with fab showers, so there was no queuing up in the morning! The hot tub was well used (and checked part way through our stay) as was the pool table and as the weather was well on our side we had several BBQs during our stay too. The town amenities and beach are within a short walk and we enjoyed a few days in Criccieth as well as rediscovering the gorgeous beaches along the coast including Barmouth and Black Rock Sands. The weather was glorious during our stay so we stuck to the beaches but the Snowdonia mountains are also within reasonable distance for those who may prefer to go hiking. We had a very relaxing stay and it was just what we needed to catch up on much missed family time together. Don't leave without trying an icecream from the Cariad Gelato Piaggio!
