The cottage

Paradwys is a wonderful seaside bungalow in a fantastic location.

It overlooks the town of Criccieth with sea views from almost every window!

The beach, the castle and the High Street of Criccieth are all just a short stroll away. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker and gas hob, larder fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

There is a large freezer and drinks fridge through the archway in the breakfast room with a small dining table and chairs.

The washing machine is in the boiler cupboard. The little sunroom is ideal for sitting down with a glass of wine and a good book for some quiet time, or simply relaxing and enjoying the lovely view. The spacious sitting room has huge windows with amazing sea views over the rooftops.

If you ever tire of gazing out, there is a 50" TV with DVD player for you to watch.

With a large L-shaped sofa and a two seater sofa, dining table and chairs, this is a nice sociable space for the whole family. There are four comfortable bedrooms.

One with a king sized bed and one with a double, both with sea views.

There are a further two single rooms with standard single beds. The large modern bathroom has a loo, wash hand basin, bath, separate shower and heated towel rail. There is a separate cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin. To the front there is a small lawned garden and parking for up to six cars.

The large raised back garden is lawned with a paved seating area with garden furniture and the most fantastic sea views. The High Street has a small selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Don't miss out on the best fish and chip shop on the Llŷn Peninsula and save room for a Cadwalader's ice cream afterwards! Please note that the back garden is raised to make the most of the sea views.

There is a drop of approximately 4ft to the ground by the house so it may not be suitable for people with small children / toddlers.

The gardens are not totally enclosed.
