There are sliding doors which lead onto the terrace.

The stunning views over the bay and onwards to Harlech makes this the perfect spot for al fresco dining. There is a separate utility room with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The sitting room has ample seating for everyone to settle down together with a gas fire, curved Smart TV, DVD player, music system and a selection of books and DVDs.

There is a ground floor shower room with hand basin and loo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, access to a private balcony with fantastic sea views and an ensuite shower room with hand basin and loo.

There is a further double, twin room and a bunk room. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and loo. The terraced area runs the width of the property with two access points, exterior furniture and a lovely lawned area which is perfect for games. There is off street parking for two cars.

Nestled above Criccieth on a quiet lane, this house will give you the feeling of peace and tranquility, whilst being just a short walk from the town centre with its array of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Why not treat yourself to fish and chips, followed by ice cream from the famous Cadwaladers by the castle?

Walk along the beach front and dine at Dylan's for food with a view!

With so much to do in and around Criccieth there is no need to go far, but if you are looking for a bit more exploration, you can head into the Snowdonia National Park, visit the magical village of Portmeirion or explore the stunning beaches further down the Llŷn Peninsula - all easily accessible by car.
