  • "The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean."

There is lots of space, a beautiful bathroom and great sofas! The location is really good for exploring north wales. A couple of things: I had assumed we would have a view. However, although the views from the grounds are lovely, there is no view from the apartment as the windows are glazed, and the balcony is a small internal one without a view. It would be useful to provide some basic info, eg where to put rubbish, how the bed tv worked. It would be good to have had a cafetière or similar. There is a coffee machine with a few pods, but this is limiting if you are coffee lovers.

Thanks for your positive review which I appreciate constructive feedback. Property Owner

  • "The instructions I received gave no indication of the number of the flat that we were allocated and consequently we spent an hour finding the accommodation and only then when one of the cleaners came out to show us the way."

I was given instructions concerning the Mail Door Key Code and the Room Key code but as stated no number. The actual door we should have entered was not the main door but a side door with no identification. We had spent nearly 5 hours driving to get there so it was very frustrating. The flat was very impressive with very large flat screen televisions and other equipment but apart from the TV there were no instructions for the Washing Machine, Microwave, Cooker. The kitchen was very limited for seating and although we mainly only used it for breakfast it has very cramped seating. A small table in the lounge would have made a more comfortable dining area, with no detriment to the aesthetics of the lounge. I mention lots of equipment but surprisingly no Teapot, Tea bags in a cup are not what I would expect with this level of accommodation. We enjoyed the location but I really think you need to up your game on information and the basic facilities that are provided.

  • "The apartment is lovely in a nice area called deganwy about 40 mins walk from Conwy."

The only issues we had were the door from Apartment leading to small balcony didn’t seam to lock this was sorted day before we left. The only other issue was bed linen never changed in two weeks and perhaps a few more kitchen utensils like more pots n pans etc. please don’t be put off because these are only small issues and door was sorted before we left. The apartment is beautiful and like I said in great area in deganwy with train on door step which is So cheap to use. I’m only pointing out these issues to help the owner with future booking not moaning like I say next time in area would be more than happy to stay here just for the views from apartment over the river to Conwy. All the best in future thanks Daz

Thanks Darren really appreciate the feed back. Glad you had a nice time. Will put more utensils and pots and pans in. Task completed put a new set in today with additional utensils. Property Owner

About the location

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
