“Having stayed in cottages for 30 years, this apartment had better views than alny of my previous holidays.”

This property is part of the Menai Holidays collection.
Over 400 carefully selected and perfectly located properties, helping you create your perfect holiday.

The cottage

3 Vista Marina is a quirky, second floor holiday apartment overlooking the bay in Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula.

Staying here, you’re just a few minutes’ walk along the promenade to Criccieth’s town centre which has a mix of great restaurants, independent shops and brilliant ice cream! Enter via the lobby on the ground floor and climb the grand staircase to the second floor.

The sitting room has unrestricted sea views and makes the most of these with chairs situated in the traditional Victorian bay window.

The sitting room is comfortable - if you can drag your gaze away from the sea views, there is a wall-hung TV with Freesat. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker & hob with extractor fan, microwave, gas central heating and a fridge freezer with 2 drawers. The decadent master bedroom boasts a superking bed, wall hung smart TV and en-suite with heater, large shower, sink & loo.

However, the real gem in this room is the roll top bath in the bay window, from which you can have a long, relaxing soak and take in the views over Cardigan Bay towards Harlech Castle and Barmouth. There is also a bright bedroom with twin beds and a cosy bedroom with double bed.

You’ll find a cloakroom with a loo and sink!

The main family bathroom has sink, loo, heated towel rail and bath with shower over. There is an external separate communal utility room on the ground floor with a shared washing machine.

Being a second-floor holiday apartment, there is no garden, but you’re just opposite the beach!

There is parking in a courtyard on a first come, first served basis.
