The property

At the centre of the action of lower Dyserth, you can find the cottage of Bron Afon, a charming double-fronted end terrace surrounded by a fantastic array of amenities and opportunities to explore North Wales.

As you approach the property decorated with pretty flowers at the exterior, head through the front door and straight up the stairs to unpack your belongings for your stay; with a double bedroom and a twin room, this property is a great layout for the whole family to enjoy a trip together.

With both rooms hosting traditional feature fireplaces, the bedrooms definitely add to the character of the property.

Downstairs you can find a spacious sitting room fit with an electric fire, with neutral colours and stylish patterns, this room makes a delightful place to relax in front of the television.

Also boasting a dining room with extra seating and a television, this makes an ideal spot to enjoy a home cooked meal together or for the children to watch their programmes before heading to bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Head into the kitchen and through the back door and into the garden; a raised terrace area just a few steps up, the garden is a lovely area to spend the summer months under the sheltered decking with a good book and a beverage from the quirky outdoor bar as you listen to the trickling of the waterfall just minutes away from the property; a true haven.

The local area makes a great place to explore, take a walk to the nearby waterfall so you can see it up close, take a break at the tearoom positioned next to it and enjoy an afternoon tea before roaming the lands of North Wales.

For a day of sporting activities, the property offers the ideal base, with the Saint Melyd Golf Club just a short trip away and the coast of Prestatyn where you can get involved in a wide array of watersports.

Prestatyn also makes a brilliant day trip for all, with its very own market to explore, seafront cafes.

And a beach to sun soak on, there’s plenty here to please the whole family.

The seaside resort of Rhyl is also well-worth a trip, with a SeaQuarium, a pavilion theatre, and a miniature railway, it offers a brilliant opportunity to explore the coastal side of Wales.

To immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of Wales, be sure to take a trip down Offa’s Dyke National Trail, a 177 mile walk following the English/Welsh border, there’s no better place to get amongst wildlife and take in the country air.
