Dyserth is a beautiful historic village most famous for its stunning waterfall, which is just half a mile from this property and waiting to be explored along with its castle ruins and quaint tea rooms.

Just a short drive away is the beautiful town of Rhuddlan, where you can visit Rhuddlan castle, enjoy spectacular scenery as you walk through the local nature reserve or climb the large mound of Twthill Castle.

The North Wales coast is within easy reach and boasts popular seaside destinations such as Prestatyn with its Blue Flag beaches, Talacre Beach famous for its sandy dunes and Point of Ayr lighthouse, and Rhyl which has many popular attractions including the SeaQuarium and Pavillion Theatre.

Further afield, you also have access to Snowdonia National Park and the vast number of activities available there, as well as National Trust sites such as Bodnant Garden and Bodysgallen Hall, the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno with its Great Orme, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and so much more!

Prestatyn 4 miles.

Dyserth is close to the lovely North Wales coast, four miles from the seaside town of Prestatyn. This pretty little village was mentioned in the Domesday book of 1086 and has ancient castle ruins, a stunning waterfall with quaint tea rooms next to it, two pubs both serving food and the Parish church of St Bridget with superb stained glass windows. There is easy access to lovely local walks including Offa’s Dyke Path, Gop Hill, Allt Y Craig and Golden Grove, where you can enjoy the fantastic scenery and vistas of the local area. Prestatyn, whose Blue Flag beach provides miles of golden sand, is ideal for bathing, water sports and fishing. The perfect base for touring the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, the Clwydian Hill Range, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo or historic Chester with its wonderful shops and architecture.
