The Barn is a semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owner’s home, set in a delightful rural position with countryside views, just two miles from the coastal village of Nefyn.

The cottage is perfect for friends or families who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The accommodation is mostly ground floor with an open plan living area featuring a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area with a warming woodburning stove.

A family bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor with the bathroom benefiting from a bath, ideal for soaking tired legs after a long day of walking.

Upstairs, there is a cosy mezzanine bedroom offering lovely views of the open countryside.

Outside there is a large lawned garden looking onto open fields and pastures, just perfect for dining alfresco whilst enjoying the peace and quiet, with exception from the odd bleat from your woolly neighbours!

The small town of Nefyn has its own bay and a few shops and cafes, as well as a bank and a hotel.

Next door, on the north coast of the beautiful Llyn Peninsula is the charming fishing village of Morfa Nefyn, home to a long sandy beach, sheltered by cliffs making it a perfect suntrap and offering safe bathing, boating and watersports.

The popular resort of Pwllheli is just seven miles away and offers a wide selection of amenities including the award-winning marina and golf course, shops, pubs, restaurants as well as a fantastic beach.

Along with an abundance of delightful Welsh towns and villages, the Italianate Village of Portmeirion is certainly worth a visit and for history lovers there are many historic defences to enjoy including the castles of Criccieth, Caernarfon and Harlech.

The Barn is an ideal base for touring and exploring all that this delightful area has to offer.
