  • "Lovely house convenient for visits out and about the area."

Handy for lovely walks down canal and The Mere. Car parking was a bonus and very handy. The house was very clean and everything in it was in excellent condition. I have already told many friends about it and also about the area. A great place to enjoy a break away.

  • "A lovely old character cottage set in the heart of Ellesmere."

Nicely decorated, very cosy, lots of storage space and a great base for a family break. Parking was just round the corner 50m or so near local shops with lots of spaces, and all pre arranged by the owner for our stay. We had everything we needed in a holiday cottage. Our only tiny feedback, an easy fix so possibly done already, was the bathroom door needed a quick plane on its edge so it didn't stick when closing/opening and the rear bedroom needed some oil on the door hinges to stop creaks. Saves the creaks/ thud when kids go to the toilet. On the whole, we loved it, and would happily recommend to others or stay again in the future.
