  • "The property was well furnished and decorated, the beds comfortable."

It needed better cleaning, outside we couldn't sit on the patio,it needed tiding up,lots of weeds, table needed washing down. There was lots if cobwebs about, also the doors needed washing down.I did speak to Bianco the part owner who is very nice, she said she had a young girl that cleaned for her and would have a word. But as said beautif decorated and furnished. Could do with a couple of higher chairs in the lounge as I suffer with a bad back and the sofas was low.

  • "This property should never have been allowed to be used as a holiday home."

The damp was overwhelming when you opened the front door. The smell of damp when you opened the kitchen doors was awful, the stench from the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would never book a holiday home with Sykes again, the lack of feedback from Sykes was a let down.

  • "We had a lovely week here."

We arrived to no heating, but a quick phone call to the owner and it was sorted within a couple of hours. The bungalow is spacious (the pictures really don’t do it justice) and cosy. It’s in a great location. The welcome pack was a lovely little touch that was very appreciated. Thank you.

  • "A nice bungalow in a lovely area."

Handy for all the North Wales coast. It had everything you needed and was very comfortable with a good sized TV in the lounge to relax in the evenings. There was no information about what to do about recycling which was the only thing that was stopping us giving the bungalow a 5 star.

  • "The property was in a good position for looking round North Wales."

I feel the property needs an upgrade of the bedroom bathroom and kitchen, some nice outside furniture would also be a good idea. The lounge is a good space very light and airy and comfortable. My biggest problem was the smell of damp worse in the hall and front bedroom also in the bottom kitchen cupboards and most of the crockery was chipped. It was loverly being left a goodie tray milk bread and butter, much appreciated. All in all we enjoyed North Wales and managed ok, we put the beds together and stayed in the twin room as the damp was not noticeable in there. I suppose for the price I should not complain. Thank you for having us.
