The property

This impressive end-terraced cottage rests on the outskirts of Llanrwst, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia'.

Well-suited for families or travellers, this retreat has been lovingly decorated with beautiful furnishings throughout, to ensure you feel truly relaxed from one day to the next.

The ground floor houses a beautiful lounge, complete with cream sofas and a woodburning stove, setting the scene for a snug night in.

Quality time can be spent in the charming dining room, a nicely accessorised layout with views leaning out towards the countryside where the stream passes by.

Exposed beams oversee the formation, and the country cottage kitchen has a homely feel; a nice set-up for some leisurely baking.

A family bathroom lies across the way, an all-white suite, with a vanity unit and the addition of underfloor heating for an all-round cosy effect.

Upstairs you will discover two wonderful bedrooms, one showcases a double bed, whilst the second is presented as a twin, both benefitting from ample storage space.

The village is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.

Most famous of all are the Swallow Falls, whilst the village boasts shops, pubs, places to eat, a miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre.

A market town not to be missed.
