The property

Cornmill Courtyard is a quirky and fun holiday apartment in Porthmadog, a popular harbour town in North Wales.

A romantic retreat sleeping two, this is a fab ground floor holiday apartment in an amazing location, overlooking the harbour.

Spacious and bright inside, it’s a relaxing environment for your holiday.

It is also just a short walk from pubs, shops and steam trains, meaning you don’t always have to jump in the car for a fun-filled day. The living and sleeping space is all open plan and overlooks the gorgeous harbour.

The textured walls add interest and the large corner sofa is comfortable both when sitting and relaxing and when sleeping on it at night.

That’s right, the sofa becomes your double bed at night!

There is also a dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and CD players in this room. The galley-style kitchen has all you need with a washing machine, fridge with ice compartment, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, and a microwave. The shower room is tiled throughout and fitted with Italian porcelain.

There is an enclosed shower, loo and wash hand basin. Cornmill Courtyard is a ground-floor holiday apartment sleeping two set in a stunning Grade II Listed building.

Located in a quiet and attractive cobbled section of Porthmadog Harbour known as Pen Cei which translates as ‘head of the quay'.

Porthmadog itself has an interesting mix of shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs, along with some of North Wales' best attractions.

Most notably are the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways which you can walk to.

What’s more, the Italianate village of Portmeirion is a short drive away.

Yo could even stroll along the famous Cob.

The Afon Glaslyn flows down to meet the sea, on it’s way snaking through marsh and meadows that burst with wildlife and offer the breathtaking mountains of Snowdonia as a backdrop. Cornmill Courtyard can be booked together with a neighbouring apartment The Old Cornmill which also sleeps two people.
