The property

Harbour Suite is a beautiful second-floor apartment situated in a Grade II listed building in the old harbour part of Porthmadog, Gwynedd.

Part of an old corn mill, the apartment offers wonderful views over the harbour and to the mountainous scenery beyond and offers first-class accommodation for couples or a family looking to enjoy a coastal break away.

The property is accessed up 31 external steps to a communal hallway shared with a neighbouring apartment.

Entering via your own private front door, you will immediately be impressed by the wonderful styling and attention to detail the owner has created throughout.

The apartment exudes a feeling of a New York/Manhattan apartment meeting Porthmadog.

There is beautiful wood flooring throughout, and the open plan living area offers a well-equipped kitchen, together with a contemporary high bar table for dining at.

The sitting area is furnished with an aqua coloured custom-made Chesterfield leather suite and has a warming retro style Smeg living-flame gas fire; the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring.

The two bedrooms are well-appointed and both have their own TVs.

The shower room is sleek and enjoys a double shower with a square drencher head as well as a mirror that not only lights up but demists as well!

The apartment is superbly placed to enjoy the town's eclectic mix of independent shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, along with some of North Wales' best attractions on the doorstep, the world famous Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland steam railways, and just a couple of miles away the Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion.

A gentle stroll along the coast will take you to Black Rock Sands beach or the pretty little village of Borth-y-Gest.

The harbour wall is an excellent place for children to enjoy crabbing or why not try some llama trekking available nearby.

With historic castles and stunning landscapes to explore, Harbour Suite is an ideal base for exploring Porthmadog at any time of the year.
