  • "A beautiful holiday cottage with stunning views."

    Very cosy and the welcome gifts were much appreciated. The owners have done a wonderfull job with the cottage and should be very proud. The property is very close to all amenities pubs,restaurants,shops,bus and trains. A truly beautiful and relaxing place to stay and we will be returning very soon.   • "One of the best holiday properties we have stayed in."

    Location was super, sitting out on the balcony over looking the harbour was delightful and very quiet with only the occasional vehicle passing by, but shops and steam railway just around the corner. Comfortable huge queen size bed in main bedroom with good quality bedding in both bedrooms. Very well equipped through out. Will highly recommend.

  • "A brilliant location for Porthmadog Harbour & Ffestiniog railway."

    The property has a lovely balcony to watch the world go by. Modern kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Main bedroom with large bed. Furnishings & decorated modern with little quirks such as lamp stands and toilet roll holder made of rope. It’s pleasantly quiet early in the morning. The local shops are a short walk away along with cafes and pubs. There are many places to visit a short journey in the car. The scenery is breathtaking.

  • "This is a newly renovated property on the South Snowdon Wharf development."

    It has been updated to a good standard and we were one of the first guests. Sea Breeze allows you to have your furry friend with you which was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and a few little treats were provided which were delicious and appreciated. We felt the sofa and chairs to be a little uncomfortable but the view from the living room was fabulous, both day and night. There is a lovely balcony which must be fabulous in the warmer weather. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Further minor tweaks are to be made by the owners to enhance your stay. It’s only a short walk into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area is very pretty and interesting. We genuinely hope to be back and hope that the owners manage to maintain their high standards. Thank you.

Boasting a superb central location with stunning views over Porthmadog’s picturesque harbour and easy access to the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, Snowdon Wharf is an ideal dwelling for couples or a family of four who are looking to explore the scenic region of North Wales.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caerforn . The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family.
