  • "Very happy with accommodation."

Parking outside was tricky but could park up the road no problem. You benefit from having a car to get around, although garden centre in walking distance for breakfast or lunch (highly recommend). Hosts were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend- in fact, out teen son wanted to stay and is talking about relocating now!

Thank you for your feedback we are pleased you had a lovely time .... and it's the best place to relocate Property Owner

  • "Lovely place to stay."

Great location as a base to explore local area. Well presented house, clean and comfortable. Great having the hot tub in the back. Will certainly be back and definitely recommend to family and friends. Just don’t go in a big 4x4 as parking is a bit tight

Thank you for your kind feedback Property Owner

The house was very nice and in a great area the people in the village were very nice we went over to the club house and were made very welcome it's just a shame about the neighbour's they left just enough room one night so we could park the next night my sons cars front tryes were just on hre white line so she run the police who were very nice to us but after that they made sure we could not get out side that is the neighbour's witch caned of spoilt our holiday and has made us think twice about going back in the future sorry

  • "We really enjoyed our time at the location."

The best traits of it were the hot tub and the location to travel around with great views. It is really well taken care of and was easy to park on the street. I would say for future people staying/comments on the property: - Bring additional towels. We stayed five days and had one bath towel each. Using the hot tub and showering - you will need to do some laundry - Cleaning items are located in three different areas and we would try going off to search for something. We wound up buying toilet paper and didn't realize it was in one of the three areas. - It took a bit to figure out the two controllers for the TV - Bring knives (I saw this in a previous post and we brought ours - happy we did), dishes/glasses/utensils were all fine to use - Leave the bathroom door open (and window as well) as it gets quite damp throughout the day - There was a slug that visited the last day we were there and hid back under the washer/dryer. Just a note for people that may have a pet since assuming it was coming in due to the cold. We had overall a great time at the property and appreciated the experience. You can tell the owners have put a lot of time and care into the property.

  • "Neighbours not very friendly."

Looked like there was an ongoing dispute about parking. No yellow lines or anything but neighbours not happy when you parked at the front of their house. Knocked on door complaining.

  • "This is a great little cottage - stylish, clean and modern."

The hot tub is a brilliant addition. There’s very little in the way of amenities in the village, so if you want stuff right on your doorstep this place may not be quite the right fit for you, but it’s only a 5-10 minute drive into Conwy itself or Llandudno. We were happy to hop in the car, so it worked just fine as a base for us.

  • "The cottage itself was beautiful inside and in a good location to explore North Wales."

However we did feel for the price that it could of had the basics upon arrival such as toilet roll and washing up liquid. Things such as the frying pan and some of the utensils could do with replacing. The neighbours were quite noisey and also purposely pulled their car forward so we couldn’t park outside the cottage. The hot tub is a great addition although we didn’t get chance to use it as it rained the whole time we stayed.

  • "Lovely cottage everything you needed within the property, great sunny garden and the hot tub was excellent."

Location great for exploring north wales nothing with in the village so you do need a car. The property lists 1 space for on street parking. We managed to get outside the actual property a few times during our stay but we did also have to park down the road which wasn’t an issue for us but just be aware the parking is tight if you have a big car.

  • "The cottage had everything we needed, warm, cosy and renovated to a good specification."

The jewel in the crown is the hot tub underneath lovely gazebo making the most of the sun trapped back garden. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

  • "We booked a 3 night stay at the cottage."

The cottage is really well decorated and was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and lots of thought has gone into it even down to considering privacy in the hot tub with bamboo blinds that can be lowered. Bed was really comfortable and hosts were really accommodating and even messaged to say sorry they couldn’t find remote for tv in bedroom so bought a new one and dropped it off in porch on day of arrival. Hot tub was fantastic and really made the stay after going out and about it was great to get back and get in for the evening. Hot tub switches off at 10pm out of consideration for neighbours which was understandable and late enough for us. No issues with parking on the road outside the cottage and no issues from neighbours. The location is great for accessing Conwy, which is really pretty and also Llandudno which was a really pleasant surprise, beautiful scenery! Great Orme definitely worth a visit. We will be going back when the cable car is in use from July! Beautiful area and well worth a visit. The stay was wonderful and we would definitely recommend a visit to the cottage and hope to go back in the future!!

  • "Amazing week at this cottage."

Needed a getaway after all the craziness of the previous 6 months. What can I say. Very well decorated and equipped. Hot tub is a bonus and was needed after days on the mountains. My wife and I fully enjoyed our stay and will be back. Ideally located to get into the mountains or if you just fancy a trip to Llandudno. Owners very helpful. This property is a credit to them. Thanks.
