It is ideally placed to explore the many beautiful places and great attractions. The views were stunning too. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Dee

  • "Just had a wonderful week at Jasmine Villa."

Gorgeous property with beautiful views & lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy them. Villa was spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, well equipped property. Location is amazing - didn't move the car all week as walked to Llandudno, Rhos on Sea & the Little Orme (to see the seals) & just enjoyed the views from the Villa each day. Would go back in a heartbeat!

  • "This is a lovely cottage, but I feel obliged to leave feedback on our disappointing experience."

Our stay got off to a bad start when we arrived to find the house not cleaned, beds unmade, and the property not prepared for our visit. The owner was very responsive, as cleaners arrived within the hour, and we were given compensation. This was much appreciated, but we would rather not have had to experience this and wouldn't want others to get a similar surprise on arrival. The cottage is in a fantastic location with a lovely sea view and balcony, and the front room is relaxing to sit in. The cottage is modern and has most of the facilities you would expect, although we did find the kitchen to be a little basic, e.g., we had to request a cheese grater. So, if you want to do your own cooking you may look to bring your utensils. One other point for the owner to address is we noticed that woodlice were finding their way into the kitchen each morning - they may have found a point of access that needs to be filled in. Hopefully based on our experience the owner will rectify any scheduling issues, inspect the facilities and kitchen, and future guests will be able to have confidence in a relaxing and comfortable stay in this very nice cottage.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate guests feedback as it gives us a chance to improve. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We were let down by third party contractor. We have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. We are also reviewing the kitchen items to ensure everything that is required by the guests is available. We have all basic items such as cooking pans, chopping board, knives, colander and now a cheese grater too :) Woodlice are harmless and presence is not more than any other neighbouring property. We have booked an appointment to have the property surveyed by Pest Control just for our guests peace of mind. Property Owner

  • "Lovely warm cosy and modern newly decorated inside cottage, in a quiet pretty location with amazing sea view and large window to sit and watch the sunset."

Short walk to pubs, and not far to walk to shops or beach to spot the seals. Very good value for the price.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
