Really well placed for exploring Snowdonia and close to local shops. Parking was always available on street but can be a little tricky getting out!

... with everything needed to make the stay comfy and homely... the cottage is excellently presented being well decorated and clean .... for those concerned on parking there's free parking in what I'm guessing is the old market place .... we had 3 cars parked there for a week n no problem at all .... all in all a great cottage !!! • "This is a beautiful stone cottage in the heart of Blaenau Ffestiniog."

The owners have modernised the cottage to a fantastic standard and there is everything we needed for our stay. The property was immaculately clean and tidy with information provided for the local area. The train station is close by which we used and local shops on the door step. The back yard is secure and fine for our dog to go outside unassisted. Parking isn’t great and we had to park in a neighbouring street but easily unloaded at the front of the house and then moved the car. Overall a wonderful, comfortable cottage where we’d happily stay again.

Thank you for your lovely review, we are glad that you found our cottage has been finished to a high standard and you enjoyed your stay in Wales. Hope to see you some time in the future. Chris & Jenny. Property Owner

With 3 bedrooms it is ideal for a family with kids. Parking on the street can be challenging but there is additional overnight parking on the high street.

  • "The property was warm, comfortable equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay."

The location was good with a Co-op almost on the doorstep. We were able to do lovely mountain, gorge and old railway walks from the doorstep, the little town walk was interesting too. At the time of booking, we knew it was on-street parking and it was first-come-first-served. However, we couldn't park in the street all week and had to park up on High Street. For this reason (in my opinion) the property wouldn't suit young families!

Thank you for your review, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our cottage and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Please note that there is free off street parking available in the Church car park, that is located approx 150 yards away if you are unable to park outside the property. Regards Chris & Jenny. • "What a beautiful little cottage, the beds and the comfort of them was spot on the only thing to let it down for me was the flooring in the main room is coming apart."

But the positives outway that negative hands down, and would most definitely book to stay here again. And would definitely recommend to others. If you like to be isolated and chill, or out and about on walks then this is ideal. Me and my family have come away with happy memories, and await are next adventure.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Glad you enjoyed your stay at our cottage, your comments have been noted and are being looked into. Hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner
