From the front door there is a step up to the hallway from where you can access the cloakroom with basin and WC with a step down.

Moving through to the well-equipped kitchen with dining area, which includes a breakfast bar and a dining table and chairs, and also a has a TV and access to the back courtyard through patio doors.

There is a useful snug which also benefits from Sky TV and includes a double sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for all to relax.

Upstairs, there are three beautifully styled bedrooms; a king-size double with a TV and en-suite facilities, a twin room and a single, as well as a spacious family bathroom.

GRAIGFECHAN

Ruthin 3 miles; Llangollen 13 miles; Chester 25 miles.

Graigfechan is a small, peaceful village in a delightful part of Wales, just 3 miles south of the hilltop town of Ruthin, which lies to the north of Llangollen via the breathtaking Horseshoe Pass. The village has a pleasant pub which serves quality food, and is used as the start of the Offa's Dyke Walk 5, a 5.5 mile scenic walk along the nearby beautiful Clwydian Hill Range. Picturesque Ruthin has a 700 year old history, boasting attractive, half-timbered buildings, mainly clustered around St Peter's Square, along with interesting shops and buildings and the Ruthin Craft Centre, which houses work by internationally recognised artists and craftspeople, and is well worth a visit. Beautiful countryside is on the doorstep, whilst lovely Llangollen, which boasts the cascading River Dee, renowned for exhilarating white water rafting, and scenic Lake Brenig, Moel Famau, Loggerheads Country Park and Clocaenog Forest are all close by. Further afield, but still within easy touring distance are the coast, the Snowdonia National Park, medieval Shrewsbury and the wonderful historic city of Chester.
