  • "Lovely cottage in a fantastic spot."

Everything you need for a holiday is provided. We had a great stay as an extended family over christmas. The issues we had were resolved very quickly by the host (over christmas as well!- thank you!) Only downside is the mattresses which could do with an upgrade. Hoping to come back soon.

Hi Victoria, Many thanks for your review. Glad you had a great stay and thanks for booking. We are commencing a make over this week to the paintwork and light fittings etc.. whilst there is a gap in the calendar. I am also replacing all the mattresses this week to new high quality super comfy ones. Hope to see you again soon. Best wishes, Evan (Owner). Property Owner

The photos of the cottage on the website don't do it justice. It is so cosy and stylish. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget you could wish for. However, the toaster was a bit temperamental

  • "All the beds were uncomfortable, inferior quality mattresses."

The showers in all enquires were unpredictable, the main bathroom shower worked much better than the ensuite ones. The staircase at bottom of stairs was completely ineffective and very cumbersome to manager. No prosecco glasses , not important but would of been nice. Front gate needs attention, drags when opening. WiFi not great either.

  • "The beds we not the most comfortable the top bedroom I had spring in my back and didn’t sleep too well, the cottage was lovely but there was some let downs ,there wasn’t a freezer to keep anything frozen."

Charge point wasn’t working first couple of nights due to it tripping out but this got sorted as soon as raised , I found dog poo in the garden which was not my dogs also there was not much light in front garden to see when my dogs went toilet so had to use my phone torch.

  • "This is a summary of the feedback received from the 5 adults and 3 kids who attended the accomodation."

The building was in a very nice location, though the drive to access the building was very precarious through the very tight winding, built up walled roads. One of our party refused to drive their car due to the stress of the experience. On the positive side, the building was very spacious even with 3 kids and 3 dogs and 5 adults. Accomodation was clean on arrival and consideration had been provided for tea and coffee facilities on arrival - much appreciated. The view from the hot tub overlooking the bay was great and kitchen and living room had all the mod cons. On the negative, in this modern day of age, wifi coverage through the house should be expected, especially with kids, however the wifi dropped off when you moved away from living room and no wifi coverage in the bedrooms/1st and 2nd floors. 2 of the ensuite showers were faulty with a small dribble of water pressure from the shower received, the main shower room had excellent water pressure. Beds - apart from the small single bedroom all the mattresses where very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. With 8 in the party the seating provisions within the living room required to watch movies together was insufficient. The sofa and two arm chairs did not have the cpacity and party members had to rotate sitting on the uncomfortable dining chairs.

  • "The property is amazing and we had a fabulous holiday, we had just a couple of issues; There is no door on the downstairs toilet which made it a bit awkward and people had to go upstairs when needing the loo, especially tricky when using the hot tub."

We had an issue with the hot tub smelling but that was sorted very quickly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends, it’s located in such a beautiful place, couldn’t ask for more.

  • "The house was lovely, great views and plenty of space for us all."

Struggled a little to get the heaters in the bedrooms to work how I would have liked and seemed tricky to operate so we were a little cold at times but the wood burner helped that. Lots and lots of Cobwebs, had no bearing on the stay and just a personal bugbear. We would stay here again and recommend it to others

.also the sofa and chairs in lounge area need updating.. There was lovely personal touches when we arrived that were appreciated.. Hot tub was fab and view fantastic.. Kitchen needed some smaller pots and pans for cooking . And a warning should be given regarding the very tight lane just before the entrance to the property. Some vehicles may struggle to fit without catching a door mirror.

However; things could be improved. No wine glasses, no loungers by hot tub, no clothes airer/ washing line to put out clothes. Beer fridge wasn’t working and fridge in kitchen was too small for the family of 7. No instructions for TV, so wasn’t working / no sound and wasn’t fixed until the last day, this was disappointing. 1 Wifi for two buildings, rather slow with 3 kids and devices. No BBQ.

We loved the views from the back garden and the hot tub. The dining area was a great size for 8 adults, though we felt a little squashed in the lounge area. We appreciated the new freezer, but a larger fridge would be a good addition. The cottage was clean, however almost everything in the kitchen cupboards needed to be washed before use. Overall we had a great stay.

This is a lovely property and we all enjoyed our stay very much. Some of our party found their spring sprung mattresses uncomfortable and the tap in the kitchen defeated us all! There was no tv in any bedroom as advertised. These were all minor niggles but just thought I would mention them. Thank you again.

Only complaints would be that the fridge/freezer was nowhere near big enough for a party of 9 people the freezer was really small and it was great to have a washing machine and dryer but nowhere to put washing inside or outside.

This was posted by Evan (property owner) special delivery on the next working day, which was fantastic service! Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely book this house again. • "Cottage is beautifully presented, immaculately clean, well equipped (other than points below) and has some fantastic views."

The cottage is in a great location although it is on top of an incredibly steep hill so it is theoretically in walking distance to the town but it was very tricky for anyone who is not particularly fit or has any health issues. My only criticisms would be that the fridge /freezer space was far to small for a 5 bed property (1 freezer shelf, small fridge and a drink fridge) This could not accommodate our Tesco delivery arranged for the first evening :-( This is a real shame because there is space to accommodate something more suitable in one of the outbuildings. It is great having a washing machine and drier but it would be helpful to have an airer at the property given the size. I personally slept really well but some of our party felt the mattresses were not particularly good and they could feel the springs etc. There is loads to do in the area so we were out everyday but worth noting that the TV did not appear to have an aerial so we could not watch tv live only on the apps and via Netflix. The WiFi connection was slow but adequate downstairs and poor upstairs.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls.
