Everything was supplied just in case we had forgotten anything. We would recommend a stay here & we will definitely be back. Thanks to the owner who is on hand if you need any help. A welcome pack of essential supplies was an added bonus. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

  • "Lovely detached place with good sized garden, felt clean and cosy, very dog friendly."

A few wooden utensils (didn't want to scrape the non stick pans) and tools for the log burner would've been useful but overall well equipped. Found the bed a bit uncomfortable but perhaps just our preference. Great communication, thank you.

Even got a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely touch. Definitely would come again handy for the local beach which the dogs loved.

  • "We had a lovely stay as a family of 5 with a dog."

Great space for us to use as a base camp. The cottage had everything we needed. Loved how peaceful it was in the evenings after visiting local towns and attractions. Had a tray of goodies on arrival which the kids loved (sweets and biscuits). Looking forward to booking again for next year.

  • "This property worked perfectly for us."

Gronant is a lovely peaceful place and days in were quiet and relaxing - The property was clean and well kitted out with modern well maintained appliances and utensils. Fresh flowers, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Wine and cake on arrival are a lovely touch and most appreciated. Both outdoor seating areas are lovely sun traps so we could make the most of the hot weather when we wanted but also had peace of mind the dogs could roam around the garden completely securely with plenty of places for shade. There isn't a lot in Gronant itself so most days we used the car ( and it's air-con! ) to tour around , it made the perfect base and we got to see far more of Wales than we had anticipated, to be honest we probably wouldn't have ventured out so much if everything had been on the doorstep but it worked well for us this time in a heatwave. Would recommend and stay again.

Iron gates should be removed as they create access and egress difficulty

  • "We enjoyed our week stay at Bryn Hyffrid."

The cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We received lovely gestures upon arrival, fresh flowers, tea, coffee, milk, wine and cake . Spacious garden and seating areas , a really good sun trap throughout the day. TV with Netflix and sky . Lots of beds , could easily sleep 10 people. You do need a car to access the local areas though. We went out daily to walk our dog ... prestatyn, Rhyl and Talacre, all local areas and great for walking across all terrains. Our border terrier loved it and was his first doggy holiday. We would go back even in Winter if only to warm up the house with the log fire. Very cozy . Thoughtful owners who have put a lot of care and personal touches , much appreciated.
