The property

This cosy, former farmhouse rests in a stunning countryside location, two miles from the North Wales coastal town of Nefyn.

Rhos Y Foel caters well for children and comes in a location suitable for all tastes, making it the perfect place to bring friends and family together and enjoy a much-needed break.

The spacious, yet homely ground floor occupies all of the accommodation apart from one bedroom and a bathroom which sit peacefully on the first floor, finished in a classy manner with a wonderfully large walk-in wardrobe so you can get yourself ready in style.

The three bedrooms on the ground floor are decorated delightfully, with a family room perfect for families with young children.

There is also a lovely little sitting area for the younger ones, benefiting from a PlayStation to keep them occupied.

Rhos Y Foel's interior is topped off with a luxury family bathroom which hosts an elegant freestanding bath and a double walk-in shower.

Nefyn is a charming place to base your North Wales break, providing you with a selection of shops and eateries, as well as a glorious sandy beach to spend the sunnier days on.

From here you can visit the popular seaside resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch, both making for fun days out.

Outdoor enthusiasts can make the most of the nearby Snowdonia National Park which has excellent walking opportunities as well as the world's longest zip line.

The pretty coastal town of Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. The town offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and water sports are all available.
