The property

Resting in the small village of Pantymwyn, near the town of Mold, is this detached cottage, Osakis.

Set over a single-storey and sleeping up to seven guests, Osakis is a spacious dwelling for your next North Wales adventure, within easy reach of Chester and the North Wales Coast.

The property welcomes you with its large front lawn, garage and driveway for two cars, before you enter through the side gate into the garden which is multi-level and boasts an enclosed lawn and a raised patio with furniture to enjoy an evening under the stars, there is also an external utility which has laundry facilities and is a great spot for cleaning your pets before they go inside.

Moving in to the house, there is an open-plan kitchen/diner which is well equipped for whipping up your favourite meal and gathering round the table to toast to a wonderful holiday, there is also a handy dishwasher, and the open-plan area flows through to a conservatory with sofa's to enjoy some TV, or if you can't all agree on what to watch then separate from your loved ones and go into the sitting room where an electric fire takes centre stage and more cosy seating gathers around the TV.

Stepping through the property, there is a shower room to freshen up after a long day, and four stylish bedrooms where you can relax and unwind, each with storage space to unpack any personal belongings, there is a single, two doubles and another double with an en-suite bathroom, to prepare for your day in style which has excellent access to superb walking and breathtaking scenery.

Pantymwyn is a small village with a post office, a pub and a golf club, resting in Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with walking access to the Loggerheads Country Park and the river Alyn and within driving distance to the bustling market town of Mold, and offers a regular market, a selection of shops, some good pubs and of course Theatr Clwyd, the National Theatre for Wales.

Also within a driving distance is the city of Chester with its historic buildings, riverside walks, racecourse and excellent shops, with easy access to the A55 North Wales Express Way opening up more exploration of the stunning North Wales coast line and the Isle of Anglesey.
