  • “There were several windows that we couldn't open, making it too warm and uncomfortable, some doors on bedrooms didn't shut properly, restricting privacy, you had to slam them shut and struggle to open them after.”

    .The garden was very unkempt, needed a good broom, clean, tidy up, the garden was not suitable for a dog to roam, too small plus the back gate had a big gap so couldn't leave dog unaided as she could have got out..could do with fence around the front of premises and allow dog to run through, much better idea.

Pantymwyn is a small village with a post office, a pub and a golf club, resting in Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with walking access to the Loggerheads Country Park and the river Alyn and within driving distance to the bustling market town of Mold, and offers a regular market, a selection of shops, some good pubs and of course Theatr Clwyd, the National Theatre for Wales.

Also within a driving distance is the city of Chester with its historic buildings, riverside walks, racecourse and excellent shops, with easy access to the A55 North Wales Express Way opening up more exploration of the stunning North Wales coast line and the Isle of Anglesey.
