  • "The location of the house was absolutely fantastic."

Little extras like salt & pepper, baby stair gate and tea & coffee were really lovely. Only downside was the broken bed in the back bedroom.

Had everything we could possibly need for our stay and the location was perfect, 5/10 minutes away from all the best days out and things to do

  • "The advertisement says room for two cars off road but due to the new wall not a chance!"

. It’s also stated as Llandudno/ snowdonia but that’s a 40 minute drive away so not exactly accurate. The house itself was good and very comfortable with a fantastic hot tub. The bits that let it down was the hoover is knackered and with what you pay to stay here they should buy a new one !! . The kitchen utensil could also do with updating as old ( I ended up buying a new knife set which I left as the existing ones are blunt) . The good parts are you are a 2 minute walk from a great beach and 5 minutes from the supermarket and the garden is very secure but it looks like the neighbour could come into it when he wants unless you bolt the gate securely. Would I stay again ? Yes without a doubt! Just the little bits I’ve highlighted need tweaking but overall it’s a. 9 out of 10 .

  • "The house was as advertised."

Nice and clean, well equipped, having reliable WiFi and a washing machine was extremely useful. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay that were rectified immediately upon contacting the owner - thanks :-) The house is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the harbour. After a day out sightseeing or at the beach, the hot tub is a wonderful way to relax. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

  • "I booked this cottage as a 30th gateway for my husbands birthday and was very disappointed with the house."

Firstly, the house was very dirty, the surfaces were all dirty, all the kitchen items including plates and cups/glasses where dirty and had to be washed before use. The shower was dirty. The windows were filthy, the back bedroom window was so dirty you could hardly see through it. Next the hot tub, which was one of the reasons I booked the house, didn't work. It wouldn't heat up, the neighbour came round to help us but it still didn't work. However, even if it had heated up we couldn't use it as there aren't any seats in it and it was to deep to sit in without. In the description it said towels were included, there was one towel between four adults! We had to go out and buy towels. The only positive was the position of the house for the beach and we were very lucky with the weather.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you found issues at the property. The owner has explained there was a storm recently and sometimes the sand leaves a film on the windows. She has only just been able to book a window cleaner to attend. She had confirmed it was her partner that came to help with the hot tub and that he managed to get it working as someone had messed with the settings. They also believe it is shallow enough to sit in and have not had any complaints about this before. The owner steam cleans the property herself and takes great care over cleanliness, which is illustrated by previous feedback they have received. There were also 3 wet towels left on the floor after your departure so she assumes you found the other towels as there was a stack of 6 large towels left for you on the tumble dryer. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and the beautiful location. Property Owner
