    A fabulous house, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The house has amazing views over the sea. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with crisp linen. The garden is far larger than the photos show with plenty of room for children to play safely and parents to relax. The building works present no problem and even with the windows open there was no noise. Sian was warm and welcoming and replied immediately to any questions. Lots to do for children in the area and sandy beaches close by ...

The interior of the property is topped off with another sitting room, this time with the benefit of a lovely veranda which presents idyllic sea views.

The excellence of this house continues to its exterior with a delightful courtyard garden with furniture proves to be a great spot to sit and relax with a drink.

Abergele 2 miles; Colwyn Bay 4 miles.

Situated on the lovely North Wales coast, Llanddulas village stands between its more well known neighbours of Abergele and Colwyn Bay. The village has shops, pubs and a large beach, with a cycle track extending for miles along this sandy coastline. Nearby are the fallen folly of Gwrych Castle, wonderful hill walks, or enormous sandy beaches with excellent water sports and fishing. Discover the Welsh Mountain Zoo, 13th Century Conwy Castle and delightful harbour, Victorian Llandudno with its famous promenade, tram rides up the Great Orme and dry ski slope, and not forgetting the whole of Snowdonia – a superb base for exploring this lovely region.
