The property

This is a stylish property in an elevated position above the village of Llanddulas in North Wales, the ideal stay for a cottage holiday with family and friends by the sea.

Enter 13 Parc Llindir through its spacious dining room which can seat the whole party, this leads onto the kitchen which provides all of the essential equipment for your holiday.

The sitting room is homely and cosy with comfortable seating and a TV.

The ground floor of the property also offers a fresh double bedroom with the added luxury of an en-suite shower room.

The first floor of 13 Parc Llindir presents four more similarly decorated bedrooms, with the stunning master bedroom also coming with an en-suite.

The interior of the property is topped off with another sitting room, this time with the benefit of a lovely veranda which presents idyllic sea views.

The excellence of this house continues to its exterior with a delightful courtyard garden with furniture proves to be a great spot to sit and relax with a drink.

About the location


Abergele 2 miles; Colwyn Bay 4 miles.

Situated on the lovely North Wales coast, Llanddulas village stands between its more well known neighbours of Abergele and Colwyn Bay. The village has shops, pubs and a large beach, with a cycle track extending for miles along this sandy coastline. Nearby are the fallen folly of Gwrych Castle, wonderful hill walks, or enormous sandy beaches with excellent water sports and fishing. Discover the Welsh Mountain Zoo, 13th Century Conwy Castle and delightful harbour, Victorian Llandudno with its famous promenade, tram rides up the Great Orme and dry ski slope, and not forgetting the whole of Snowdonia – a superb base for exploring this lovely region.
