The house is clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. We particularly wanted a ground floor bedroom and plenty of bathrooms which we got. We were also grateful for the 2 lounges. The owner was very responsive to text messages and very helpful with suggestions. The house is at the top of a steep road which didn't bother us and meant we had fantastic views of the sea.

The house was beautiful and had amazing views. It’s was clean and had everything you could ever ask for. Parking was great, we fit 3 cars and there was still space. The house is in a quiet area and also a perfect location to reach all the main attractions. There is a Tesco superstore about 5 mins away. Fantastic host! She kept us informed with anything she felt we needed to know and was quick to respond to questions. We would all happily stay again!

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (all we felt the house was missing was a vacuum) Sian is attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the welcome basket too...thank you.

  • "Beautiful property."

Great sea view and handy to have en-suites. Lots of parking. Lovely areas to relax in. Thoughtful touches throughout and nice products like hand wash. First floor lounge was a great place to chat and look at the view. We didn't even use the main lounge! My only suggestions for improvement would be to add mirrors close to plug sockets (for hairdryers/straightners/make up) and slightly bigger bath towels. Owner was also brilliant and communication was spot on. Loved our stay here. If visiting the area again in a group will definitely return.

For us it was a chance for a long weekend to recharge our batteries, we definitely made use of the upstairs lounge with that spectacular view of the North Wales coastline. The property is superb, very clean and tidy and has everything you will need for your holiday. I love the fantastic master bedroom with those same gorgeous views, along with a dressing room and a full ensuite bathroom. There's plenty more bathrooms and bedrooms for the whole family. We know the area very well and find Parc Llindir perfectly situated, making the attractions along the coast easily accessible with the A55 only a short distance away. We went to Penrhyn Castle this time (definitely worth a visit) along with our normal haunts of Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea, we also found the pier at Bangor, in over 60 years of visiting North Wales I had no idea there was one! Sian is the perfect host, only a call away if there's a problem. We hope to be able to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday let in the area.

There is also a very useful folder at the house which gives full info on everything - wifi, recycling, heating, water, etc. which was a big help. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the owner of the house, Sian, was at hand for any help or assistance. I had her contact number and she stated I could contact her anytime if I had any issues or questions. I did call her a few times and she was lovely and helped resolve everything. Don’t be put off by the building work, the view of the sea isn’t spoiled and we had no noise and wouldn’t have even known it was going on. A lot of thought and effort has obviously gone into Parc Llindir, from the M&S bedding to the quirky little touches and photos around the place. We didn’t leave the house due to the rain, but actually probably wouldn’t have left anyway - there’s no need! Really handy location if you do want to venture out. Perhaps the biggest selling point for us was Sian (owner) herself. She kept in touch the whole time and is just so friendly and warm. She even left a little welcome gift which was great with our afternoon tea. You couldn’t ask for better service l.
