  • "The house is very good."

To improve the facilities in the downstairs bedroom a few hooks in the shower room so you could hang your towel would be appreciated. a bigger ask would be some frosted glass so you can freely stroll between bedroom and shower. Other wise excellent

  • "Had a lovely family holiday at Seacroft."

Plenty of room and everything there that you could ask for. The conservatory has now been turned into a proper room and is now a sitting area and pool table moved into an interior room which cannot cause any complaints from the neighbours.

  • "Excellent accommodation."

There was a lovely welcome pack and a note detailing hot tub use and when bins need to be put out. The property was lovely and warm and so convenient to walk to the sea. The children loved it. My only suggestion was there was no bread knife and a much larger coffee pot would be useful with a family sized property.

  • "The Cottage / Large House was clean and well presented."

More than enough room for everyone ( 8 of us ). Bedrooms were nice, beds are comfy ( no one complained ). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans if you like to cook while away. It was a 5 minute walk down to the beach, 15 minute walk to the Toad pub where we ate a good but limited menu meal. Shops ( Lidle) are again a 15 minute walk for supplies. Couple of things have changed since some of the picture we saw, no tv in the dining area, no table football in the games room. Pool cue needs a new tip on it all minor points. All in all we managed to please everyone the elders and the youngsters. Lovely location and easy to get to some of the best parts of Wales for walking.

  • "Enjoyed our stay at Seacroft."

A fabulous house that catered for all three generations who stayed. Would highly recommend Seacroft. The owner couldn't be more helpful and the welcome flowers and cakes were an added bonus.

  • "The location of the venue was excellent with just a short walk to the brilliant beach and a park area with a pleasant 10 min walk to the town."

There was plenty of on site parking for our three cars and in addition a car could drive out without needing to move another. The kids were a little disappointed with 'the games' room which consisted solely of a run down pool table and cues.

  • "Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seacroft for my wife's 60th Birthday."

Spacious, lovely accommodation. On arrival we found the owners had left us tea, coffee, milk, cakes and flowers which was very much appreciated. The only drawback was the coathook on the framework around the hot tub. A couple of guests bruised their shoulders on it in passing. The children were a bit disappointed that we banned them from playing pool as the next door neighbour complained about the noise from it (which was in the afternoon and not late at night), which was a disappointment to us all as it is advertised as an amenity. Other than that the house itself was superb, in a great location and would recommend it to any family.

  • "Lovely clean house tastefully furnished, can recommend a family holiday there except for one thing and that is the pool table which understandably annoys the family next door, otherwise our family holiday was great."

  • "The house was beautiful with everything you needed."

A home from home . As we were 4 generations it was great to have 2 lounges with t.v. in each. The bedrooms were spatious and the bed were brilliant even the pillows were good quality . These things can actually make a good holiday nothing worse than uncomfortable beds with rubbish pillows .The owners of this property have got it right. The hot tub was a great touch and we all used it . Rhos-on-sea is a lovely unspoilt quiet area too with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I wouldnt hesitate in going back and booking Seacroft again.

  • "We had a wonderful stay at Seacroft."

The location is great, a very short walk down to the sea and a short drive to the beautiful Llandudno. Plenty of parking on the driveway. The house was very nicely decorated and the rooms clean and comfy. We loved the big kitchen table and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating with a large group. There was milk, tea & coffee and cake on arrival and plenty of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid which is handy. The whole group loved the pool room and hot tub which was secluded enough for no one to worry. I would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be coming back again.

  • "The house was refurbished lovely; with high ceilings, large windows, it had a real comfortable relaxed feel."

However, the outside space was not inviting to spend time in and lacked comfortable seating areas. The Hot tub was a great feature, but there was a distinctive lack of chairs outside around the tub for those in the party that did not want to go in. When we arrived our grandchildren and grown up children were disappointed to see that the Games Table as advertised in the info was actually broken and unable to be played upon, also the pool table in the conservatory only had one cue which was actually fit for playing . We felt that the owners should definitely have removed the broken games table as this item as due to its size it was a big obstacle in the room that blocked the front window, the pool cues need replacing. All the information needs updating as my husband tried to reset the heating thermostat as described in the info book when in fact the thermostat receiver had been disconnected from the boiler. The cost of the property reflects the time of the year, however we actually thought that this was over-priced for the facilities included. The failings we found are: 1) not enough chairs around dining table for 10 people 2) not enough juice/tumblers glasses for 10 people (only 3) (we had 4 children under 6 years in our party and there were 8 plastic champagne glasses) 3) set of knives in a knife block but not one would cut bread 4) general cleanliness overall was lacking as I had to wash all the towels as they smelt of mustiness/mold 5) central heating thermostat was broken and the radiators were full of air (very noisy) 6) in downstairs bathroom there is a lack of coat hooks for towel/dressing gown (very tight space needs improving)

  • "Our extended family of 7 adults and a one-year old found this home comfortable and very convenient."

Nicely appointed kitchen; easy for more than one person to prepare food at a time, large refrigerator and dishwasher and plenty of dishes. We had an extended evening with in-town relatives, adding 4 more adults and 2 children comfortably.

  • "Seacroft is a lovely family home."

We were a party of 10, 7 adults and 3 children and the rooms were very generous sizes. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was ideal for visiting North Wales and the family enjoyed lovely walks from the house around Rhos on Sea. The facilities were excellent, and I would not hesitate to book this property again when visiting this area.
