Tucked away along a quiet road, half way up the Great Orme in Llandudno, is this beautiful semi-detached cottage (renovated November 2019).

Enjoying wonderful countryside views from the doorstep, this property is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil escape in this stunning conservation area, with all the benefits of a beautiful, vibrant, Victorian seaside resort at the foot of the hill.

Entering the property, you will be greeted by a bright, modern sitting room with a large four seater corner sofa, a dining table and chairs and a log burner to keep you warm and cosy on those cold winter nights.

Take a walk through to the kitchen and you will find it has been fitted to a high-standard and houses a range of necessary appliances so you can cook up some delicious meals, enjoy your evening meal at the table and chairs in the living area.

The property is a stone's throw away from the half way tram station.

Here you can enjoy the stunning beauty of the Great Orme or you can take a ride down to the hustle and bustle of this beautiful seaside resort (approximately a fifteen minute walk if preferred), or take a ride up to the summit for spectacular sea and more countryside views (approximately a fifteen minute walk if preferred).

There is lots to do in Llandudno itself – take a stroll along the spectacular promenade, hit the beach with your bucket and spade or enjoy all the fun that the sea has to offer.

This delightful Victorian town has all the shops you could possibly want – amble around the old part of the town with all its charm and character or head to the new retail park with all the big high street names.

There is a nearby golf club for those keen sport enthusiasts and Zip World and Surf Snowdonia are a short drive away for all those adrenaline junkies out there.

The bustling seaside town of Conwy is a few miles away as is Bodnant Gardens and many more attractions.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls.
