“Parking could be a disadvantage at ...”

Parking could be a disadvantage at this property. There was no driveway at this property. There was a row of garages a few yards away, one belonging to the property, but if you parked there you could get blocked in and bin lorries wouldn't be able to get access. So you have to park round the corner, luckily we always got a space. But you couldn't keep an eye on it from the house. The house was clean and mostly comfortable. Except for the twin bedroom where the mattresses were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs, which was a shame as the bed frames were very nice. The beds in the other rooms were very comfortable. The other problem was that there were no curtains, only thin white roller blinds that made waking up at the crack of dawn annoying. On arrival the main bedroom blind was open half way and broken so my husband had to roll it down from the top and we left it down for the rest of our stay. Good job he's over 6 ft 4. I made him hang a sheet up there too to block out more light. The WiFi would not work when you went upstairs. There was no blind in the bathroom! So had to shower at night with the light off. Also no toaster or tin opener. We could have used the oven grill I suppose. The lamp in the lounge did not work so had to have the big light on. We would consider going again if the price was right.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
