The property

Llandudno 2 miles.

A very well-appointed end-terrace cottage with sea views, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac two miles from the popular seaside town of Llandudno.

This lovely coastal cottage is an ideal base and will appeal to a couple, friends or a young family.

The cottage is light and bright and offers spacious, modern living accommodation with tasteful furnishings and décor throughout, with the hint of shabby chic and French influences.

The sitting room is well appointed and welcoming with comfy sofas to relax into after a busy day exploring.

Patio doors extend to the conservatory which overlooks the pretty rear patio and garden, offering additional seating and a dining area, an ideal place to sit and enjoy an early morning cuppa with a leisurely breakfast or a more romantic evening meal for two.

The two first floor bedrooms are well furnished; the main bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, whilst the single bedroom is ideal for a third adult or a child and enjoys a sea view.

A second family bathroom completes this delightful cottage.

Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture which enjoys a sunny aspect, perfect for alfresco dining in the evening, with steps leading up to a naturally grassed garden area with wonderful views towards Anglesey and Puffin Island in one direction and Llandudno and the Great Orme in the other.

Why not relax and enjoy a glass of something cold with a good book in the hammock which suspends from the two great conifers, the perfect way to finish off your day?

Llandudno, with its Victorian pier and long promenade, array of shops, pubs and restaurants and two lovely beaches is a perfect base for a fun-filled family holiday or romantic strolls on warmer summer evenings.

If your holiday is more about taking it easy, then enjoy taking the cable car or Great Orme Tramway to the summit or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach.

Conwy’s medieval castle and attractive harbour and the delights of Betws-y-Coed, with its waterfalls and woodland walks, are both well worth a visit and only a short drive away.

Hop on the train and enjoy a ride through some wonderful scenery to Blaenau Ffestiniog and visit Llechwedd Slate Caverns or for the more adventurous, visit Zip World Titan, Caverns and Bounce Below.

Snowdonia National Park, the Llyn Peninsula and the wonderful Isle of Anglesey are all within an easy drive, offering endless opportunities for exciting days out.

In a great location, this cottage provides an ideal base for everyone for a holiday discovering beautiful North Wales anytime of the year.

About the location

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
