  • "The flat is nice and is central, however there were some problems."

    It is draughty, not double glazed, the duvets are far too heavy for the season and there is no provision of an alternative. A blanket or two for each bedroom would make a big difference. The fitted sheets did not fit and were threadbare. There was one roll of toilet paper provided for a weeks rental. There was no washing up brush or clothe for the kitchen and just a couple of tea bags in a jar which is not a warm welcome.

    Definitely visit the west shore beach to get a taste of powerful waves and a fun playground - do take your 30p for the bathroom! Also, recommend visiting Bodafon petting farm, the play area there is the best we visited and we spent quite a while hanging out. They actually liked that better than the Welsh Mountain Zoo :) The reserved parking is a HUGE perk for this flat and the building itself is quiet and in great condition. I've seen reviews complain about rubbish disposal, but anyone used to recycling should find it super easy. Plus, the back alley is quiet and we never had any issues taking our trash/recycling around. Llandudno itself is everything I wanted in our holiday. The Ormes framing the beach are spectacular. The pier completely wow'd the kids. The town itself has lots of different shops, including familiar ones, so it was easy to grab food and also fun to browse. Llandudno is also exceptionally clean. We will definitely be back and hopefully stay in this flat again. For those driving from S. Wales, give the A470 a go. It has wonderful views and fun towns. The Elan Valley Welcome Center is a good stopping point too. p.s. the washing machine is working with no issues. The flat also had soap, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, etc in it.

  • "Lovely flat in a great location, very comfy and no issues with neighbours."

    Allocated parking a big plus. Downsides, is listed as having a washing machine, which was out of order and judging by the note had been for a while. We'd packed expecting to be able to wash so Marks and Spencer benefited and our wallets suffered. You are asked to wash up and put away as a Covid precaution. This is nonsense as using something someone else has allegedly washed and put away is not Covid safe. The advice should be to wash everything carefully before use.

  • "Yes, some feedback we would like to give, is that much more information should be given in the flat, about the arrangements for disposal of the rubbish: Although from the leaflet we did find the bins to which we had to take our rubbish (in a yard in the next street, behind the property), that yard is complicated in that has the bins for many properties, -so it would be useful to note on the leaflet which bin we should be looking for, i."

    E. the flat street address AND appartment number, as the tenant needs that info when they get to the yard to navigate through all the bins. Also to know that in the yard the bins are split into 4 categories for the recycling, -whereas the flat only has one small bin, for obvious reasons of limited space. If we knew before moving our rubbish that would have to sort it for the yard, that would have been very useful, -I suggest a photo or two on the in-flat info sheet of what to expect in the yard would be a big help on this. Also i think the prior tenant did not pass this challenge, as some of the flat's bins were still with unsorted rubbish in from previous week, flies and all. Also we did not find noted in the info the day of week when rubbish is collected, -normally properties give that info.

  • "Our only annoyance was that there was only one set of key."

    Inconvenient when three adults were staying in the property. A DVD player would have been nice, especially staying out of season. Other than that we had a very nice stay in a nice apartment.

  • "This was my second holiday in this apartment and it was just as good as I had remembered."

    The view of the sea from the bay window is a real bonus. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is ideally located as the town centre is only a few minutes walk away. Public transport system is excellent and I didn't use my car all week. A designated parking space makes it even more convenient. Already planning a third visit!

  • "The property is centrally situated within Llandudno with easy reach of the main shopping area with close access to restaurants - The Cottage Loaf and pubs - The Albert, Tapps, The Kings Head."

    The prom is situated directly to the front of the property no more than two streets away. With regards to transport the Llandudno railway station is also within close proximity making access to other locations like Conwy and further even simpler. In all a thoroughly enjoyable time in a great apartment.

    It is light, bright and fully functional as well as being perfectly situated. It was a joy opening the blinds in the morning and breakfasting whilst looking down the street towards the bay. The apartment is fully equipped to a decent standard. Overall, this is the best apartment of its kind I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

    It was modern, bright, clean and cosy. It was extremely close to Llandudno town centre and the sea view was an added bonus. The heating was efficient and quickly warmed up the apartment after being out all day. The off-road car parking space was very useful as I made use of good bus and train services and did not use the car all week. Thank-you for a great week.

  • "Apartment 3 was absolutely perfect by way of location, cleanliness and the facilities the actual apartment offered."

    The apartment block is very well maintained and quiet. We felt very comfortable here and it was an added benefit to have an allocated parking space as looking out the window you can see just how busy the surrounding area is with most parking spaces by the roads being full throughout the day. We did have some trouble working out the car parking bollard at first and the owner actually called us direct to check everything was ok which was very nice of him. It was also a nice surprise for us to realise the apartment actually offers a sea view, as it is located directly down the street from the beach which was lovely. If we are ever in the area again we will 100% be booking again. Thank you!

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile.
