Large & spacious with a lovely outside area. We had a great few days away with our friends and little ones making happy memories. The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to enjoy Charnwood Villa again!

Our 3rd year, feels like home from home. Andrew was very helpful and friendly with any questions we had,so prompt at getting back to us. The house is immaculately clean and of a high spec, plenty of space for all, the outdoor is great and safe for children,so near the beach and all facilities in the town, Llandudno is a great place for all the family, we’ll definitely be back Carol and family

  • "Wow what a place."

Excellent location with a lovely view of the Orm and cable cars from the back garden which I wasn't expecting. Eleven of us stayed for the weekend and with so many bathrooms we still had the privacy you'd get from a hotel but the fun of all being together. This house is first class and in such a lovely quiet street which is closer to the beach front than we expected. We have made unforgettable memories this weekend for my mum's 80th birthday a weekend we will never forget.

  • "This is an absolute amazing property in all respects."

The house has everything you need and the pictures really do not show how spacious it is. We were a family of 10 aged from 10 to 85 and it exceeded all expectations. The property is situated in a fantastic location as close to a nice pub, shops and seafront all within 10 minute walk and the chinese takeaway round the corner is just the best.

The older children really enjoying easy access to the amusement arcades! The house was beautifully clean and welcoming. No problems encountered at all. We were a little concerned re having three vehicles to park nearby. We had no problems. Thank you for being available to answer questions. Very friendly and reassuring. We would definitely return and gave recommended the property and agency to our friends and family. Thank you very much indeed. Best wishes. Lindsay Beedles. X

The only one issue is the heating will not come on with the thermostat as it has been pin locked and you have to keep calling the host to get it on. Besides that a perfect place.

  • "The house was much better than expected."

we have stayed in a number of large houses with our 3 generations family of 8 - but this was by far the nicest, cleanest and in the best location. The house was spotless and everything was very new and the renovation was carried out to a very high standard. there was every item you could possibly need in the house too, no detail was missed. the beds were comfy, the electronics supplied were great, the furnishing were of a high standard, the bathrooms in great condition and no water pressure issues. the only thing we had a slight issue with was getting wifi reception in the living room - not sure if it was the thick walls or the tv location, but everywhere else in the house it was fine. it is very central, within easy walking distance to the each, restaurants, shops, bars, and all the activities available in Llandudno. We always got parked outside the house or within a few meters. there is lots of room for large groups /families, the house is much bigger than the photos appear. the orangery is beautiful addition and such a nice place for breakfast. the garden area is lovely if you get the weather to eat alfresco. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return one day soon.

Couple of streets from the beach which suited us with 3 children. We didn’t need to go anywhere as the gorgeous orangery & outside area were perfect & safe In the evenings. Had a fabulous time exploring the area, the Orme, west beach which goes round to Deganway. Andrew was very helpful & was around if we needed him. Would recommend this property it has been beautifully restored also very contemporary. Great for families. Carol Harding & family

  • "This is a wonderful property."

It is in superb condition and every thing provided is provided with guest comfort in mind. The property is large and beautifully furnished and decorated. There wasn't really anything I could think of that was missing, even down to tea, coffee and milk provided for our arrival. The Orangery is superb and a wonderful place to sit and relax no matter what the weather. There is a lovely courtyard for sitting too, only disappointed that the weather wasn't really good enough to sit out there in the evening, although we did have 5 youngsters with us who did spend time outside and did enjoy the safety of the courtyard. The property is located in a really good position within easy walking distance of shops, promenade and beach. There is parking for one car and plenty of on street parking too. As a family party of 12 we sometimes find properties a bit of a squeeze but certainly not this one. Plenty of room to escape if a quiet moment required. The owner was very nice and helpful and you felt that he really wanted you to enjoy the time spent in his beautiful house. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in this lovely house and have a wonderful holiday despite the weather not being too good.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
