  • "We stayed in the adjoining sister bungalow before but I think Dunromin is slightly bigger and better."

However both places were spot on for comfort, location and an enjoyable weekend, I'd happily recommend and I'm sure the family and I will look to book again the next time we're in Llandudno.

Has everything you need. Lovely decor. The garden was well equipped: A big dinning table and, sun lounges and a BBQ. SEAGULL ALERT: started to play boules with my 2 grandaughters aged 6 + 8. You have 6 metal balls and a smaller wooden ball (the jack) jasmine throws . the jack and seagull swoops down + flies off with the jack to a neighbouring roof top. It's quiet heavy. Wouldn't like to be under the drop zone. The girls couldn't stop laughing. Great weekend had by all, home from home. Highly recommended. Thank you Karen.

  • "We have just stayed at the property for two weeks in February."

It was a really wonderful holiday for 2 adults, three young adults and our dog. I really can’t say enough good about the place and the owner. We’ve made many precious memories this holiday and the property was like a home at the centre of it all. We loved all eating breakfast and dinners together in the spacious and cosy conservatory/annex. The dog played happily in the safe and secure garden. Despite it warning we would hear traffic noise, we didn’t actually hear any that we noticed; and we all slept soundly in the comfy beds. The owner kindly came half way through the holiday and changed all the beds and towels, and even messaged to let us know when the famous Llandudno goats were by the property. The living room is spacious and comfy, the kitchen was more than adequate for five of us. Despite us being concerned originally about the heating going off automatically when we leave the house (in February!) these turned out to be unfounded. The house holds its heat well and also the very efficient boiler reheats the house very quickly. We were not cold once. Locationally, it couldn’t be in a better place. It’s central to pretty much everything. We used it as a base to roam over 1000 miles in two weeks visiting all manner of castles, mountains and beaches. We drove up happy valley road to watch the sun set. It was stunning. As an FYI I would say that the very slow internet coupled with poor 4g in the area catapulted the family back to the 80s and I loved it. Talking to eachother, board games, reading (all provided) and watching tv as a family were staple evenings if we weren’t taking advantage of what a very bustling and thriving Llandudno had to offer. 1 tv in the living room also meant that turns were taken using the games console we brought with us. Local gym (next to police station) , swimming, retail park and several great eateries were only 7 mins walk from the house. It’s a wonderful place to make memories and relax.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback really happy to know you enjoyed it so much looking forward to seeing you again in the near future. regards Gary and Karen. Property Owner

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
