"We were delighted with the cottage in fact we said we could easily live there."
It is bigger than we thought it would be. We will certainly go back there. The only downside was getting off the driveway between 8and 9 in the morning and 3 and 4 in the afternoon.
Excellent Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay hope to see you soon. Regards Gary and Karen Property Owner

The only down side is that you needed to put the key fob in to get the heating to come on and as we came in December and it was quite cold when we got back after being out all day the place was cold especially the bedrooms upstairs took a long time to even warm up really

"Nice well maintained property, with a good sized garden for our dog."
It had all the facilities we needed. There is Parking for two vehicles which was ideal for us. It is situated in a good location for shops and sea front, which are both within walking distance

"Cottage on arrival was very clean and welcoming, lots of room for a family of 5."
Easy to use heating and good facilities for all our needs.Very near main shopping areas and local shop just round the corner, only few minutes walk to beach, about 20 mins walk to pier.Very good garden area with apple, pears and plum trees, quite secure for dogs as long as not big jumpers, several gates to help keep kiddies and dogs safe.Did get noise from the main road but not enough to disturb us.Sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and milk very appreciated after train journey on arrival.
Always good to hear lovely feedback glad you enjoyed. Regards Gary and Karen Property Owner

"Lovely place and really convenient for Llandudno and nearby attractions The only thing we struggled with was some of the kitchen equipment - as a family of 5 we needed bigger pans and had to buy some while we were there."
Apart from that we had no concerns
-

"We have been visiting Dunromin every year since 2015."
The cottage is in a good location and very convenient for travelling around North Wales. The house is large with a drive to park your car. The owners are great if you need anything & are always there for you. We have booked already for next year. Thanks for a lovely family holiday.

"Only that previous occupant didnt pick up dog poo from rear garden"
-
"Have stayed here on numerous occasions and always find it well presented, warm and clean."
It is on quite a busy road at peak times of the day and so traffic noise can always be heard. However it is in an ideal spot for buses and is just a short walk from alot of big stores, cafes and restaurants. Will be looking to book again soon.
-
"We have stayed here 5 times and we will be going back ."
It is in an ideal location near the town,no need to use the car where it can be be left in a secure area Although it was December the cottage was well heated and very comfortable
-
"This is the second time we have booked and we’re just as pleased with everything second time round."
Parking with a bigger car is a bit difficult but that’s the only negative, everything else is good, clean, comfortable and well placed for visiting various places in the area. Nearby hotel The Links is dog friendly which was very useful and only up the road so everything was perfect.
-

-
"Very enjoyable property eccept for very small niggles; as a pet friendly property we would have preferred no stones in garden for my dog to access grass."
Upstairs bathroom shower was rather inadequate ie; space a bit small & shower mat was actually very slippery when wet also extractor does not work.

"Dunroamin is a wonderful place too stay and Llandudno is the best place we have ..."
Dunroamin is a wonderful place too stay and Llandudno is the best place we have stayed in will be back plenty of pubs and cafes to take your dog in for meals
-
"Cold, under equipped accommodation."
Plumbing needs urgent attention. Dirty, greasy ovenware could not be used. Overpriced and definatly not value for money. The property is 'tired' and in need of some TLC. The heating especially is dated and many rooms are cold. There is only 1 key which is a problem when there are people who want to go out separately and return at different times. This is very annoying.
-
"A well appointed property, fully equipped, spacious and comfortable."
We would be very happy to return.
-
"The cottage meet all our needs."

"Location great for shops and beach but when using the car (which was rare) it was difficult reversing out onto the busy road."
The grassed area at the back was also a benefit for the dog.

About the location
LLANDUDNO
Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
