  • "This is lovely property and would highly recommend for familes It is a very modern property which was spotlessly clean The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious."

There is a great outdoor space although due to the time of year we were there we did not use it This is good place for a base to explore this area

  • "Overall really good."

Location was a little more industrial/ urban than expected. Some of the dog rules a bit strict. Floor plan would be helpful. (this goes for all properties listed on sykes.) Property was nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

  • "A lovely house!"

Really modern, clean and comfortable. Baking trays need replacing and perhaps a weighing scales for the cooks. Would definitely visit again.

  • "We were a family reunion party and primarily chose this house for its location."

It's ideally situated to explore the NWales coast Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey , all of which were less than an hours drive. The nearest shop was a 5 min walk, the beach 10 mins and Llandudno about half an hour. There's a lovely walk from West Shore beach through Deganwy to Conwy. The house itself has no Outlook but is situated in a quiet location. It's very spacious and 7 of us felt extremely comfortable. Dogs are allowed but only downstairs which isn't a problem as there is a downstairs bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped which we loved as we like to cook on an evening. The house was immaculately clean. I would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone staying in this area and would love to stay again on a return visit.

  • "Fantastic house, beds comfy all very spacious."

Spotlessly clean. Very close to the West Shore and a five minute drive into Llandudno town centre but it is walkable about 20 minutes. Don`t let the location put you off it is next to a Van hire company but this didn`t bother us a bit, it was very quiet and we loved our holiday home tucked in the corner. Can`t fault it and we shall be going again next year, oh must mention the owner Craig was very helpful and pleasant.

  • "Sometimes I think that the owners of self-catering properties haven’t actually stayed there themselves."

Not so with this property! It is so thoughtfully equipped with high quality linens, fixtures and fittings, plenty of storage and space. I honestly couldn’t fault the place. Perfect for families and dog friendly with fitted stair gates, children’s garden furniture, plastic crockery/cutlery and lovely enclosed garden. Most importantly it was also immaculately clean and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The location is around a 20 min walk into Llandudno so a perfect base for visiting the area and touring around and a lot easier than trying to get parked in Llandudno! Good communication from the owners who are very friendly and helpful - we will definitely visit again.

  • "We all had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend Greystones."

Situated in a peaceful location, Llandudno was a 5 minute drive away. We also visited Caenarfon, Colwyn Bay and Snowdonia - all a short drive. The whole house was spotlessly clean and well presented and provided everything we needed for our stay. The super-king beds, dressed with immaculate and luxurious bed linen, were spacious and very comfortable. Thank you Craig.

  • "We found the owner very helpful and accommodating."

The property was big and spacious. We found the garden to be child and pet friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were very clean. Although there were no views from the house other than from the back windows we found the house perfectly located with only a 20 minutes stroll to Llandudno town and beach. Throughly enjoyed by everyone and highly recommended. And a thank you for the Welsh cakes, went down a treat.

  • "The house was lovely and plenty big enough for the 7 of us."

We really enjoyed the log burner and the 3 toilets (2 bathrooms) were great too. Lovely garden, small but more than adequate for the kids games and football. In a brilliant location with a short 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and beaches. Llandudno is a gorgeous busy tourist town with something for all tastes. Our family had a wonderful week at grey stones in Llandudno. Also Craig was a fantastic host, although we didn’t meet face to face he was always on hand at the other end of the phone to answer our questions. Also a lovely touch with the nespresso machine and the welcome tea/coffee/milk and Welsh cakes - a real treat. We will definitely be back, thank you Craig and team.

  • "Myself and my 2 sisters have just spent a lovely week at Greystones, the house is gorgeous and was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy."

Craig was brilliant, he popped round just after we arrived to introduce himself and to let us know he was just next door throughout the day if we needed him. I had to call Craig as we didn't know how to work the hob and he answered straight away and talked me through it. There is just 2 slight negatives i can say about Greystones, 1, the TV is a smart TV, which is great for Netflix, Amazon, You Tube etc, but you can't get the normal channels as there is no ariel, so its all run through WiFi, definitely would benefit from installing an ariel. 2, the house is not in the best location, its in a small cul de sac next to a few small business, so feels like your on a mini industrial site, that being said its easy access to Llandudno, Llandudno West Shore, Deganwy and Conwy. Dont let those 2 negatives put you off because the house was gorgeous and so clean.

  • "Very comfortable house, looked like the house had been recently renovated."

Although next door to a car and van hire it was very quiet and we did not hear any noise from it. The location was good as short walk to the beach and Llandudno has something for everyone. Great communication with owner. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to visit again.

Detached house so away from noise complaints from neighbours! Very clean and spacious! Also, having 3 toilets was perfect!

  • "We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Greystones in Llandudno."

We were delighted to find this property when searching on Sykes as the pictures looked great, and it did not disappoint. It has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with all you need for a relaxing week. All bedrooms are good sized doubles, with really comfortable beds, and all can be configured with either twins or king size beds. The self contained outdoor space was an added bonus for us with 3 young children. Equally, aside from the car and van rental next door, the house is on its own so the noise of our little ones didn’t disturb anyone! The property is located within walking distance of west shore beach (much quieter than the north shore beach) and the rest of Llandudno is only a short drive or a walk away. There is tonnes to see and do. We can highly recommend Fish Tram Chips for the best fish and chips! The host Craig was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had great communication with him prior to our arrival, and throughout the week. We would absolutely recommend Greystones (you won’t be disappointed) and look forward to visiting again soon.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
