  • "The flat is modern and clean."

We liked the Sky Glass and the recliner sofas. The flat is a short walk from the shops and the sea front. The garden is fully enclosed which was brilliant for the dog. Any problems Wayne is on hand to sort, he is cannot do enough to help.

  • "Thankyou Wayne for meeting and greeting us once again and for our welcome pack."

Thanks for getting the special bubbles for the jacuzzi bath which is a welcome treat to relax when not sat on the decking in the sun trap garden or watching the massive telly. Pier, shops, cafes all nearby and the west shore beach is a short drive away which has another fabulous cafe and mobile cafe too. Or stay home and drink coffee using the fabulous new coffee machine!

Wayne ( owner) VERY helpful with a few minor problems. (Even offered to take us to pick up daughter from train station.) Weather not the best, heavy rain caused lack of sleep due to guttering overflow . Owner informed and said it was to be sorted . Not far from shops eg Asdas etc .

It was an easy, flat 10mins walk onto the lovely promenade. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We met Wayne, the owner, who was very helpful with local knowledge and it was good to know if we had any problems we could contact him. Llandudno was lovely. We would not hesitate to return.

  • "We had a great holiday staying here as it was a beautifully furnished flat which was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we would need."

It was also close enough to walk to the promenade and the town. Our dog loved the garden which was very secure so he could not escape - We loved sitting out in the garden too and ate outside quite a few times with a drink or two ! We met the owner Wayne who was extremely friendly and on hand should we have needed anything - he showed us round and left a lovely welcome package of wine and ale which we loved. We look forward to returning to Llandudno sometime and will definitely book this flat again.

As with our first visit the ground floor apartment was exceptionally clean. The facilities offered by Wayne - the automatic showers, 75 inch TV with sound bar, Netflix and Sky Sports, kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of space are excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed the dog proof garden and there was garden furniture to relax in. It’s a few minutes drive to Llandudno with its popular shops and eateries. The promenade is a pleasure to stroll on.

Everything well thought through , comfortable, relaxing and peaceful despite backing onto main road. Easy to walk to shops and the sea and pier or drive and park for west shore. Lovely place with all the mod cons you could wish for to have days relaxing in this delightful home from home. Eat in or eat out, this place has it all. We loved the kitchen, massive telly and the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Thankyou.

  • "Really lovely property."

The owner Wayne met us on arrival and was extremely friendly and informative. Lots of modern appliances, but I must admit we only used the washing machine and the kettle. Enjoyed the wine and goodies in the welcome basket, which was a nice touch. Realise there is nothing that could be done about the noise from the main road, or the upstairs creaking floor, which was somewhat annoying during the night. The only thing that maybe could be a small improvement would be a bathmat to step on when getting out of the shower. Other than that a great week. Thanks

  • "Wayne the owner was brilliant at communication and offered to meet us when we arrived."

We actually met Wayne the following day and he was most helpful re any questions regards our stay. The apartment was as described and well equipped and the enormous Skye glass TV was excellent. It was warm, comfortable with two lovely bathrooms and the showers were fabulous. The location of the apartment is great for walking into town and further. The Esplanade and pier are all within easy walking distance as is Craig y Don. The rear garden which is fully enclosed and dog safe is a sun trap albeit next to the road into Llandudno. We knew this from the location and it didn't bother us at all. The bathrooms and the other rooms were spotless. Llandudno is a real gem with the town, both coasts (the west shore is our favourite with wonderful sunsets) and of course the Great Orme and its resident goats. Favourite places we found to drink were the Tapps, the micro pub in Craig y Don and the Kings Head (especially if you enjoy the walk from the West Shore at the bottom of the Orme) The tea room on this walk is also lovely. A brilliant holiday and we would return to this apartment if we visit again in the future. Thank you

It is surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4 and a dog. As seasoned self caterers we came prepared with our box of essentials which never left the boot as everything you could possibly need was provided and more. The welcome pack was very generous and thoughtful and included treats for our dog. The facilities were excellent, 2 bathrooms one of which had a jacuzzi bath. Our children absolutely loved the huge TV and associated technology. Lovely secure garden and patio area with BBQ which sadly due to weather we didn't get to use. A leisurely stroll of 15 minutes takes you into the centre of beautiful Llandudno with its many features and attractions. A visit to the copper mine at Great Orme is well recommended as is a trip out to zip world. We did Velocity 2 at Bethesda and Zip Forest at Betws y Coed and both were amazing days out, great fun. The property

Resting in the centre of the bustling town of Llandudno, perfectly positioned for exploring both coast and countryside of North Wales is this superb-appointed ground-floor flat.

The property has been designed with opulence throughout with several mod cons to ensure a wonderful base for families to call home as they enjoy an action-packed holiday.

When you want to try your hand at creating a delicious dish of your own, rather than sampling the fine foods in Llandudno, venture into the contemporary kitchen.

The quality appliances are arranged in a sleek assortment and the contemporary breakfast bar is a perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine, whilst dinner simmers on the hob.

Once dinner is ready, gather your loved ones at the dining table, formally laid out within the conservatory, so that you can admire the garden as you toast to a wonderful holiday and tuck in.

Relax and unwind into your evening within the elegant sitting room, where you can alter the feature lighting to set the tone as you tune into the TV or curl up with a good book, with the gas fire offering a gentle warmth.

Moving through the property, you will find the master bedroom, complete with a plush double bed and views of the garden to enjoy, in addition to an impressive en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Completing the interior is a twin bedroom and a family shower room, boasting a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

During summer evenings, look forward to lighting up the barbecue and enjoying a spot of alfresco dining, whilst your canine companions stretch their legs upon the spacious lawn.

Better acquaint yourself with your surroundings by walking through the centre of Llandudno, where you will be spoilt for choice by the superb selection of independent shops, chain shops, cafés, pubs and fine dining restaurants.

Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels before you walk the longest pier in Wales, where you will find amusement rides and food stalls or laze on the sands of the more peaceful West Shore.

Soak up the views from the large headland of the Great Orme, which can be travelled to by the San Franciscan-style tramway or alpine cable car or hike up the Little Orme, where you may spot a glimpse of seals at Angel Bay.

For those feeling more adventurous, head to the Llandudno Snowsports Centre, where you can go skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, alpine adventure golf and the Cresta Toboggan ride is not to be missed.

If you can tear yourself away from the resort town, head into the nearby town of Conwy, which is recognised as a world heritage site with its imposing 13th century castle and walls overlooking the plethora of amenities.

After enjoying the restaurants, traditional pubs and snug cafes, be sure to visit the smallest house in Britain, situated on the charming quay.

Other attractions, which lie slightly, further afield include the Welsh Mountain Zoo or head to the Snowdonia National Park, where you can climb the highest mountain in England and Wales or enjoy one of the many attractions available within the National Park, including Bounce Below and Zip World.

Bring your family and friends to share a memorable stay in North Wales.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
