The kitchen offers a practical cooking area along with a social breakfast bar where you can settle down with a glass of wine and keep the cook company, whilst they prepare the local catch of the day.
There is a separate dining room for evening socialising, with views over the sea, and the spacious sitting room benefits from a cosy open fire and direct access through sliding patio doors onto the delightful lawn and down to the beach.
If the children get tired of the beach then there is a snug room off the kitchen for them to play in.
Outside, the gardens are immaculate with a spacious flat lawn offering a sunbathing area, whilst the pretty terraced gardens are accessed by a steep zig-zag path which leads past two sunny seating areas directly onto the stony beach, from where you can walk along the coast towards the beach and harbour at Rhos-on-Sea, or round the Little Orme headland to secluded Angel Bay and on into the ever popular Victorian town of Llandudno in around 30 minutes’ walk.

About the location
Llandudno 3 miles.
The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and a church. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. Close by is the town of Conwy, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a 20 minute drive away.
