The beds were very comfortable with good sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery etc. we could not fault the house. There is plenty to do in Llandudno with the pier and shops to the left and the quiet west shore beach to the right. Will definitely return .

  • "We had a wonderful weekend stay with our family, celebrating a range of special events that have happened over the last 2 years."

Our ages ranged from 4 to 84. The house was extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. All of the bedrooms were large and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The TV room was fab and the kitchen and dining room was the best equipped I have ever seen. It was very close to the hustle and bustle of Llandudno but just far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend this house for large family gatherings and will definitely be back again with my family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for such positive feedback, its most welcome and we appreciated the house being left so tidy. We're happy you enjoyed your stay, thank you again. Tracy Tantabin. Property Owner

  • "Wow! We really couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend our weekend away together."

The house was easy to find, beautiful, clean and so well equipped for so many eventualities. We had so much fun and were comfy and happy at all times. We were close to town for amenities and the beach, but also far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. We couldn’t believe our luck that we found you and will definitely recommend that others stay with you in the future. Thank you for everything.:)

  • "A fab week spent with a reunion of cousins and their partners after a long and covid time ."

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fab house and its history, its location and the area of North Wales. Hot tub was a great hit with the whole party and the evenings were spent reminiscing, playing bingo and making use of the cinema room. James Bond's new film also got viewing at the local cinema. Conwyn, Betws-y-Coed, Pwllheli, Caernarfon to name but a few. We walked the Great Orme and braced the winds but enjoyed it immensely but sadly the mist didn't clear for those of us that made it on the Snowdonia train! But we can say we went and the trips now only going to 3/4 the way to the summit. Great break had by all...........Thank you

All of the rooms have ample space and good size beds, the location is perfect and the house is fully equipped with everything you'll need throughout your stay. This is probably the best equipped holiday home I have stayed in before, especially the kitchen! Check in and check out was a really easy process too, so I'm certain we will be back again in the future :) Thank Tracy

  • "We have just enjoyed a fantastic week in Tan Tabin."

The accommodation was excellent, extremely clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 18. There was even a very large waste bin for loads of rubbish, something that we have never had in any previous holiday let, and that was really needed/useful! Close to good amenities and within walking distance of 2 beaches. The owner lives next door and was very friendly. A special thanks to Tracey who was really kind and always on hand to help with any queries. We hope to be able to return again!

  • "Communication between owner and Sykes needs to be improved."

Owner stated only two dogs allowed even though Sykes informed me it was ok for three dogs and had been checked with owner prior to me booking house. Not enough loo rolls, dishwasher tablets and black sacks. Didn’t expect to have to buy these with the amount that I had paid for house. 7 dishwasher tablets for a house of 14 not enough. Hot tub was cloudy despite owner checking it. Also foamed up a lot making it hard to keep the air jets on. So a few niggles but a great house.

Thank you for your comments, feedback is important. Tantabin Holiday House provides a starter pack for guests on arrival: dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet rolls in each of the W/Cs, kitchen cleaning products, hand wash, tea bags, sugar a selection of various condiments. Also a welcome pack. Sykes did mentioned 3 small dogs. The hot tub was, drained, cleaned, sanitizers, PH checked on your arrival. The toddlers playing in the hot tub had food bowls, one bowl I found lodged under the filter cover, the hot tub filtering system had been impaired by the bowl and food, I did explain this to you at the time and you apologised. I cleaned the filters, corrected PH levels, bromine levels and filtered out the debris . Unfortunately food etc will contaminate the water, but all the PH, sanitizer levels I corrected. There is a notice: please, asking guests not to take food into the hot tub, for guests to shower before using to maintain the clear water. We thank you for your booking and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Tantabin Holiday House. Property Owner

It is central for everything. Enough space for the whole family to chill out and the cinema room was fantastic. The owners answered all our queries and even asked if there was anything else they could do for us- very much appreciated in these uncertain times. The house was spotless and would recommend for large family get togethers or family celebrations.

The Tan Tabin is beautiful (looks exactly like the pictures) with breath taking views. There were plenty of bedrooms for us all to stay in, 2 huge living rooms and a hot tub which we loved. The property is in a central location it's literally a 5 minute walk to all the shops, pubs and pier. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely come back here. The only thing I would say is that you take some toilet roll if there's a lot of you as there wasn't any spare. Apart from that I couldn't fault the place oh and the owner who lives next door is lovely.

The property lived up to our expectations and everything you might need is available. The hot tub and media room were great and enjoyed by young and old alike. Parking is great and it is situated close to the town centre, Orme and pier. A group of us went with our dogs and we had the best week stay. The house is in the perfect location and has some lovely views from the bedroom windows. The house it’s self is wonderful, each room is perfect. The owners have definitely thought of every little detail as we was in need of nothing. There is a car park that fits at least 5 cars which is really handy, there’s a lovely front lawn with seating area. The back yard is so nice with a bbq if it’s nice weather and a lovely hot tub which was checked regularly! There are as enough fresh towels for everyone, there was even beach towels for when you used the hot tub and plastic glasses if you would like to have a drink in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this to any one, it was a really lovely stay and I hope to return some time soon!

Decor is amazing with graffiti style walls around the house and outside by the hot tub. The house was even decorated for Christmas. Such attention to detail. Everyone loved their stay here including our dog. Was worth every penny and would definitely recommend this house. Close to the town centre and both shores. We didn’t have to use the car all week. About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
