Ogilvie House Apartments

This set of three apartments are based within a three-storey apartment block, in a fantastic location, close to the beach and promenade in Llandudno. Situated on the street behind the pier and coast, you are well placed for exploring the heart of Llandudno, with a range of amenities, pubs, cafés and restaurants, including the well-known Dylan's restaurant, which overlooks the promenade and bay. Alternatively you can explore the park on foot and climb to the top of the limestone headland and enjoy the spectacular views on offer, or for something more relaxing, reach the top via the Great Orme Tramway or go by exciting cable car ride. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is within easy reach, as is RSPB Conwy nature reserve, perfect for wildlife lovers to see the natural habitat of many bird species that inhabit the area. Enjoy exploring the North Wales coastline and visiting the beaches at Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay, while you can cross the River Conwy into the market town of the same name to see Conwy Castle, a fantastically preserved estuary fortress that has stood since the 13th century, as well as visiting the popular Smallest House In Great Britain attraction, and from here, you have excellent access to the magnificent Snowdonia National Park. This ground floor apartment is one of three in a three-storey property, situated in the centre of Llandudno, a short walk from the beach, amenities and attractions.

The Promenade Suite is ideal for a couple, small family or group wanting to enjoy a seaside escape in North Wales, as well being within easy reach of the Snowdonia National Park.

The apartment comprises two double bedrooms, one of which has a lovely bay window with additional seating and an en-suite shower room, while the other has access to a second shower room, just off the lounge.

The cosy lounge has a choice of two sofas and armchairs to relax onto while enjoying your favourite shows on the TV, while the fully fitted kitchen allows you to cook up a storm and the dishwasher can take care of any washing up.

Outside, there are four steps down from the kitchen into a private, enclosed rear courtyard with seating, ideal for an alfresco meal in the sunshine, while roadside parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

In an excellent position, just behind the main road of Llandudno, you will find a host of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as two sandy beaches and the Victorian Pier.

You are also well-placed for discovering Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay's beaches, further along the coast, as well as the Welsh Mountain Zoo and RSPB Conwy, while a short drive over the River Conwy brings you to Conwy and its fantastic castle, enclosed by its well-preserved walls, as well as offering access into the Snowdonia National Park.

The Promenade Suite is an excellently located property for a Llandudno getaway.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls.
